Location. Friendly and helpful staff.
Breakfasts very meagre. Cold croissant and bit of bread.
Friendly reception staff. Cosy Warm room. Lift facilities. Check and check out simple. TV in room.
Had to pay for wifi having to leave room key behind reception Unbalanced shower head No plugs near bed
Location. Staircase and lift, quaint building. nearby cafes and restaurants good atmosphere.
Room dated and could be cleaner. Smell of food during the evening from the burger/meat restaurant below.
I stayed here with a group of 6 friends for my 21st birthday. We are students so we stayed here as it was inexpensive. We didnt expect how great it would be! Really spacious and clean rooms, quiet so we could get rest, friend and helpful staff that spoke English, and a great location as its about 25 minutes walk to the notre dame and the sights of paris! It was of a similar standard to a premier inn so we'd definitely stay here again!
Beds were a bit firm and make sure you ask for English style pillows as one of our rooms had them and one didn't!
Toilet was crammed up against the sin, needed a shoehorn to sit down. Would be impossible for a larger person
Very close to metro
Hotel staff were really helpful with everything we asked. Extra pillows, help with metro, booking cabs etc... As a hotel to just sleep in if you are visiting Paris to get out all day and night to see the sights it does its job. 10 second walk from Repulique metro station so easy to get to all lines and sights.
The smallest bathroom and smallest shower cubicle I have ever seen in my life. Some of the linen was stained, but apart from that if you're not looking for a luxury Parisian hotel for a romantic weekend with your other half and just somewhere to crash with mates it does.
The very kind staff. Nice restaurant for breakfast on first floor. Good size of room. Excellent compared with the Price.
Conveniently located for what I had to do that day.
1. No heating before 6 p.m. Room was very cold in January. Had to request earlier heating. 2. TV not plugged in.
The hotel staf was very helpful for all the informations that we needed
Location is excellent!
The room is a little bit small
Amazingly comfortable bed! Very quiet and had an excellent night's sleep. Great location - right opposite metro. Very helpful & friendly staff
Would like a kettle and tea/coffee making facilities in the room. It would then be just perfect
Except the staff and location everything was bad....
Near subway station
Near train station
Nearby at the main road where there are lots of shops.
good location, good staff and service
the room is too crowded
I like everything it's was perfect
The wifi it's expensive
Kind and helpful staff.
very old and badly maintained
Close to Metro Republique and Temple
No pillows to speak of just some rolled up pillow material tucked under the bed sheet. So no way to sit up and relax in bed.
Friendly and helpful staff and very close to metro and bus, this hotel was handy for exploring Paris. The staff are always ready and willing to help you and are very useful if you have any queries about the plethora of local shops. There's lots of local restaurants that serve very good French food but also plenty of fast food outlets too.
Location, location, location! Close to metro and to Marais. Quite nice staff speaking many languages. Gay friendly!
Rooms are small and last time decorated twenty years ago. Bed linen dirty and we were really afraid to walk on the carpet without socks. Toilet really small and shower dirty with black spots
Location, train station is very close and loads of reaturants around. staff were great and very helpful
The rooms are very tiny especially the bathrooms. The heating is only on in the evenings so mid morning and afternoons it's very cold in the rooms as heating is on very low. When we arrived we had no towels in our room the next day we was given dirty towels. The curtains were all stained and the cover on the end of the bed was stained. We had a frequent smell in the room and hallway of smoke. The shower is a hand held shower which is very annoying.
Location was excellent and two of the staff I encountered were lovely
The person who checked me out on my last day was horrible and very rude
Friendly and helpful staff, great location. Clean and quiet. We had a great stay here. Definitely recommend and would stay here again.
Parking is a nightmare, but that goes for anywhere in Paris so is not a reflection on the hotel.
