Paris Charles De Gaulle Airport Marriott Hotel  

The hotel was very nice and clean. The rooms are huge and the bed was comfortable. The area is very quiet with several restaurants within walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle was very convenient.

This is the only hotel we stayed at in France where Wi-Fi is not free for hotel guests. The restaurant in the hotel is overpriced and the food was not good.

The hotel doesn t propose a free wifi connection. This is pre history !

Convenient location to Charles de Gaulle Airport and friendly informative staff coupled with clean and comfortable facilities made for a nice experience!

Its comfortable and so clean, staff wise they're ok.

Even do there is a shuttle service it is not convenient to go to the city centre takes ages for the journey.

it was just an airport hotel.

We were in room 140.The room appeared to be clean but the feather comforter had a distinctly bad odor on my side of the bed(right).I reversed the comforter and was able to get past the smell.I forgot to mention it when we checked out. Eugene Dessel

It was identical to any Marriott in any US city, even down to the clothesline in the bathroom.

No Wireless. We were in France, in hotels for three weeks We stayed in 5 star Chateaus, 4 star business oriented hotels, 2 star family operated small hotels, all had free wireless. There is free wireless around the tourist offices in most French towns. France gets it and is a very connected nation. The Marriott offered expensive ethernet service in the room or expensive computer terminal time in the lobby and were indignant that I would ask for or expect free wireless. They claimed free wireless was not secure but did say they used it themselves when it was available: this if France after all. If you like the Marriott in the US, then my complaint should be ignored; if you like hotels in France, you should know you will email on your phone plan.

comfy beds and close to the airport with a shuttle

the wait staff at the restaurant was non-attentive. We had to find someone to take our order and then we had to walk to the host stand to pay our bill. Staff was too busy setting up tables for breakfast the next day.

We were very annoyed at the cost to use the Internet, when in fact it costs the hotel nothing. We felt it was total exploitation and tarnished the reputation of the Marriott group.

The room was beautiful and the bed so very comfortable.

Bedroom very spacious exceptionally comfortable and maintained to a high standard . Very pleasant entrance to hotel. Sitting areas very attractive. Good selection for breakfast. Took a taxi to hotel on arrival from airport as my husband was unwell but at 13 euros it was worth it. Got shuttlebus back to airport . This runs every 25 mins . Very happy with our overnight stay here quite classy hotel for a good price .

At that price, the wifi should be free. The 34 euro menu should be about half that, for what it is. Still, if you have an am departure from CDG, it is hard to do much better that the Marriott.

We stayed in the hotel for one night on our way back from holiday and liked everything. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was tasty, the staff was friendly and complaisant.

From the general manager down to the wait staff they always take good care of you at this hotel! Marriott is in my opinion the best hotel chain in the world. They do an excellent job of being consistent in their style, beds and service. If it is in budget for that location I ALWAYS look to book a Marriott property.

I loved the light inside, it is not dark like some of the hotels I stayed before. Also that it is not pretentious, you really feel comfortable there. Basically it is a great hotel and so close to the TGV and the airport. I will be back July 6. merci

The bar staff were extremely helpful and very accommodating

The fact that when checking in, told only 1 room remaining, and that was smoking. Booked and prepaid non smoking. No other choice at all, that or nothing. Had to take as very late check in. Very disappointed to find many others checking in after me, therefore it was not the only room remaining!

Made me feel very comfortable...rooms were a good size and attention to detail was very impressive.
