Very nice staff, hotel was clean and comfortable, close to the CDG airport with a good (free) shuttle service. Good value for money on the deal we had - breakfast, minibar and wi-fi were included in the price Info on shuttle service from the airport was rather poor - had to call the hotel to find out what times the shuttle buses were running. It would be easier if the information was available at the pick up point or online. |

Good convenient location for short stays because of close proximity to airport and excellent shuttle service Room service breakfast was very poor, eggs were like rocks, bacon and toast cold, missing cup,saucer,spoon for coffee and spoon for cereal and lastly no salt or pepper provided- very expensive price was not reflected in standard of breakfast |

The staff was very competent and friendly. The rooms were very spacious and clean. They didn't have our reservation (through booking.com) on file. They had to call booking.com in order to sort this out while we waited in the lobby for about an hour. The staff at the hotel were very competent and friendly but there was definitely a hiccup with our reservation there using the booking.com service. Next time, I would stay at this hotel but book directly through the hotel website. |

convenient for the airport with shuttle. However the timing of this is not as stated ie every 15 minutes! The 7am shuttle was for terminal 1 only and the one for terminal 2 didn't arrive at the hotel until 07. |

just saty for one night I ate all this kind of hotel who over price every single service.Internet 22 euros for a night,transferr tby bus to terminal 5 euros ,and a basic beer for 7 euros.I just fel very bad and unacceptable.In asia where I leave everything is at a reasonable price |

The Map on booking.com site is wrong. The hotel is near to Charles de Gaulle airport and not 0,8 km from Ferrières-en-Brie. If you plan to go to Disneyland you will be 35 km far from there. |

La qualité du personnel(amabilité,gentillesse,compétence) et la qualité du service hôtelier. Le rapport qualité/prix de la brasserie.Le personnel n'est pas en cause : ils étaient 2 pour assurer l'entièreté du service!!! |

Pour un hôtel de ce calibre, manquer de service bagage !!!! J'ai dû payer un montant autre que celui de la réservation malgré même le fait qu'à la date de mon séjour, le prix de l'hôtel était le même que sur le site. Je n'ai donc pas compris ce changement et n'ai pas eu droit à une explication convaincante |

Proximité de l'hotel par rapport à l'aéroport. Navettes fréquentes entre l'aéroport et l'hotel. Absence de mini-bar dans la chambre qui m'a été affectée. Y'en a peut-être dans d'autres chambres! |
