The reception staff were fantastic. A small change in the room would make a huge difference: Mirror behind desk so ladies can use hair straightners. Quite expensive for a 3* but I would stay there again as it was so clean and the staff were so helpful!

We were booked on a Paris by night illuminations tour and it was very close to the location of the tour company. Also not too far from both Gare du Nord and Gare de Lyon. Very dark and a bit dated, lift tiny and old fashioned. Reception staff pleasant. Breakfast too expensive at 18Euro each - no discount for our children 5 & 7. Breakfast/room didnt look particularly appealing. Very expensive for what it is - Paris quite expensive anyway but the hotel should really only be 2 star.

Excellent location and helpful staff. Very good in terms of cleanliness. Very expensive breakfast. In fact, the prices, including room rates, should be reduced to reach a good balance price vs. Quality/service.

Les chambres sont grandes, agréables et propres. L'accueil n'est de loin pas le meilleur que j'aie eu dans un hôtel... Le personnel de la réception était froid et l'une des employée de la réception a fait des remarques désagréables devant nous à une employée qui nettoyait les chambres... peut mieux faire...

酒店走廊和房间的风格 可以看得出很纯粹的法国情调，很幽静，尤其喜欢站在窗口眺望风景的感觉 从入住到离开五天的时间里，客用电梯一直都无人修理，无奈只能用员工电梯，小的可怜，每次都很郁闷。

Il y a de l'espace dans les chambres. La salle de bain est récente. Le personnel n'était pas sympathique du tout. L'absence de double vitrage : il y avait de un peu d'air qui entrait dans la chambre (surtout désagréable dans la salle de bain).

La localisation, à 100m de la station de métro Drouot Richelieu et à deux pas des théâtres. Un accueil poli. Un hôtel un peu défraîchi, sans âme, salle de bains d'un autre âge pour cette catégorie d'hôtel.

Gute Lage. Hotelmitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich. Zimmer war gut ausgestattet, hatte eine ausreichende Größe, Bett & Matraze gut. An der Rezeption wurde auch Englisch gesprochen. Die Lüftung im Bad konnte nicht ausgestellt werden.

“The staff was cordial, welcoming, and extremely helpful. The room was very spacious, modern, clean, and had a nice view. The bathroom was well stocked with ample towels and the extra pillows and bedding was already in the closets, always a plus to not have to request them.
