The staff were so helpful. The location is really close to the metro and Gallery Lafayette, within the nice walk distance to Musee de Louvre. Hotel has a lift so you don't have to struggle dragging your heavy luggage upstairs. Wi-fi service is good. Hotel front and sign is really small that if you have not been warn before , you probably miss it. Three single bed is actually a twin room with a sofa bed. So, it seems to be a bit pricey to pay around 220 euros a night without breakfast. But this is Paris and the location is really really good.

It was disappointing that the front desk staff wouldn't ring or arrange taxis, which I found quite unusual.

The location of the hotel was really excellent! I would return there tomorrow. The staff are friendly ( well most are) and have great English. The room was spacious which is rare in Paris, Altho near a busy street, extremely quiet and peaceful! It is a pity this hotel does not have a bar/restaurant. The air conditioning was not great and it can be difficult to sleep as it was so stuffy but this did not affect my trip!

Excellent location and helpful staff. Very good in terms of cleanliness. Very expensive breakfast. In fact, the prices, including room rates, should be reduced to reach a good balance price vs. Quality/service.

Our triple room was a good size, and was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning seemed to work efficiently. The buffet breakfast, though not cheap, was very comprehensive, with a good variety of food on offer. The location was excellent, with the nearest Metro station only five minutes' walk away, and attractions such as the Louvre and Musee Grevin within easy walking distance.

Relatively big room and big bed for Paris. Excellent location. Clean and quiet. Room light with big window and view over Parisien rooftops. Really enjoyed our stay. We went with 20 other people staying in 3 hotels within 300 yards of each other and the Mercure was by far the best and the best value too. Problems with the keycard not working.

Excellent location for visiting museums and other sites via Metro. Good size room very quiet at night. Free wifi for Internet. Helpful staff. The toilet was separate from the bathroom and makes it a little inconvenient.

Hotel simples adquirido pela rede accor. (Mercure tem 40 hoteis em Paris). O preço só vale pela localização, pertinho da "opera", mas sem acomodação alguma, café de manhã custa 18 Euros - não vale isto, na esquina existem cafés que são iguais ou melhores pela metade do preço. Metro a 50 metros. Quartos com banheiros (Vaso, Banheira c/chuveiro tipo telefone, e pia) outros o vaso fica separado do banheiro. Agua quente farta. Se tiver de receber alguem, não tem aonde sentar. Somente dormir ok.

酒店走廊和房间的风格 可以看得出很纯粹的法国情调，很幽静，尤其喜欢站在窗口眺望风景的感觉 从入住到离开五天的时间里，客用电梯一直都无人修理，无奈只能用员工电梯，小的可怜，每次都很郁闷。

Il y a de l'espace dans les chambres. La salle de bain est récente. Le personnel n'était pas sympathique du tout. L'absence de double vitrage : il y avait de un peu d'air qui entrait dans la chambre (surtout désagréable dans la salle de bain).

La localisation, à 100m de la station de métro Drouot Richelieu et à deux pas des théâtres. Un accueil poli. Un hôtel un peu défraîchi, sans âme, salle de bains d'un autre âge pour cette catégorie d'hôtel.
