Staff assistance and friendly smiles. Location is excellent.
No bar or lounge area at the hotel and room size is small.

The tiny, slow lift
Location, easy acces, very clean, quite.
The room was nice and clean, great location. Metro station close by and several restaurants.
Good location. Some metro stations close by despite the nearest one (richelieu drouot) is closed for some weeks. The hotel staff upgraded us during check-in. The room was renovated with enough facilites for what youd expect for this kind of hotel. Be aware that some rooms might not be renovated. Breakfast: decent and varied for what you pay for (youd pay more outside the hotel).
Small rooms (like in most hotels in Paris), specially the bathroom if you're not traveling alone. Despite that, the shower is great. Hotel staff: ok, but unattentive
This hotel is perfect location for all the Paris sights, shops and Metro
The room is amazing. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Wifi is excellent. The location is very nice, filled with amazing restaurants. Real size shower.
location is a little far from the big sites, but we liked the walk. Really need a bigger lift.
The location is good and the room was clean. I had a nice stay.
The room is a bit small, which is something that does not bother me much and seems to be common in Paris. The price is very high for a 3 star hotel but this is also something intrinsic to Paris. The receptionist said that the breakfast price was 19€/person, what we thought it was very expensive.
concierge - super helpful, always cheerful, helped me find a florist, supermarket, restaurant etc. room heating/cooling - really good room space - more spacious than expected. Room windows and tiny balcony breakfast - well supplied and fresh croissants/danishes/breads, good supply of cold cuts and cheese, good selection of tea and coffee (Nespresso type machine), good juice/jam/yoghurt.
kitchen staff are unpleasant. no hair conditioner provided. could have used another hand-towel. hotel still under renovation.
Good location for fair price...15 minutes walk to L'Opera House...nice corner cafes nearby for breakfast
Huge disconnect between Booking.com and Marcure...after nooking I noticed the rate had changed and I had also asked to cancel 1 day reservation. Booking.com sent the Marcure an email...but no action was taken...Marcure had no record of the email. There was also major renovation going on on the lower floors...that was not disclosed while purchasing the reservations.
very comfortable appreciated the fridge and tea/coffee facilities
bit too modern and breakfast over priced
Staff was extremely nice and helpful. The location is excellent. Rooms are well equipped although relatively small.
- the lift is very very slow and small. - noises were heard because of ongoing renovation works.
hotel receptionist is helpful on information request, hotel location is close to subway and many shopping/dinning areas, hotel room is away from noise at night.
bedroom and shower room are a bit small, elevator is a bit old and nearly cannot accomodate 2 people with luggage
Location and room
Breakfast at 19 euros!! We didn't have it so can't comment on quality
Thé TV only.
Thé room is too small. Hôtel elevator is too small and slow (only 1 elevator). The bathroom is 1 square meter if you are sitting on the toilet ur right hand will be in the sink and ur left hand in the shower. The hotel is overpriced. I visit Paris 4 times a year since 1990.
Nice hotel with superb location. staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean, quite small but ok though.
Elevator was about the slowest i've ever seen. And when your room is at the fifth floor and you are travelling with a baby and his strollers, you absolutely need to use elevator.
location very close to metro, opera and gallery lafayete
very expebsive breakfast
Comfortable room, really good breakfast.
Wonderful building with a romantic feel yet perfect also for business meetings. Breakfast was great and brilliant location. Staff was super friendly and very helpful. Will definatley recommend this place.
Breakfast was excellent. Bed comfortable
Booking.com's description was disappointingly misleading. It made out that the hotel was a 'romantic' building full of charm, with a feeling of history etc. None of that (paraphrased) applied, so that was quite disappointing.
room too small
