The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautifully located, I can really recommend this hotel for people who appreciate the 'new york feeling' of la defence like we do. |

The location is convenient for business meetings in La Defense area. There are also good shops nearby. Overall, it was a good experience. The access to the hotel is quite complicated. My friend had difficulty locating the hotel. |

The location was walking distance to the CNIT fairgrounds. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Absurdly expensive breakfast and bar. 19 euros for a vodka with fruit juice. 23 euros for breakfast. However there are lots of places to dine outside the hotel. |

La situation géographique, le confort de la chambre (à première vue), et le lit, extra J'ai un problème avec le chauffage qui ne fonctionnait pas et envoyer uniquement de l'air froid (malgré une tentative de réglage à 30°c !!). Après des essais infructueux j'ai appelé l'accueil pour avoir une couverture qui n'est jamais arrivée, j'ai fini par dormir en peignoir. éTonnée également par l'absence d'écran plat au vu du prix et par l'accumulation de tarte au niveau de la porte de la douche qui s'est d'ailleurs terminée par une douche froide : décidément, un vrai problème au niveau de la température me direz vous ! et la porte de la douche ne fermait pas. Pour finir, le petit déjeuner commander pour 6h30 - 7h45 est arrivé à 7h05 après 2 relances ! ayant rdv à 7h30 autant dire que je n'ai pu profiter du petit-déjeuner à 22€ |
