Very good service, comfortable facilities

Perfect hotel, very pleasant room for one person with bathroom, table for notebook, armchair and very comfortable bed. The breakfat was very good with lot of choices. The staff in the reception was helpful I got a map of the center and map of public transport.

The connection to the internet could be quicker.

Excellent hotel with standard-setting service. Spacious and luxurious rooms. Friendly staff. We found the room a bit cold, a technician was sent immediately, and a portable heater was provided to us while he quickly solved the problem. Technician even left his personal mobile number to call should we experience any additional problems (which we did not). I would return to this property without hesitation

This hotel is not only luxurious but also full of facilities and very convenient. It`s situated just in front of the station & you can walk to it within about 5 minutes along a beautiful aerial pavement. It`s surrounded by a lot of skyscrapers at La Defense in Paris. And the food served in the hotel restaurant is superb! Besides the hotel stuff are all very kind and friendly and amiable. I love this hotel.

Staff was good. Hotel was clean.

Location is too far from Paris City centre. Looked more like a 4 star then 5 star. Too far to walk from Metro station to the hotel. Escallators dont work. Some construction going on and its noisy. Breakfast was ok but tea machine is compicated to use. All guest had difficulty using this machine and some ended up not having tea.

Shower was luke warm at best, mainly cold mentioned on checkout got a half hearted apology, I would expect an automatic discount from a hotel of this standard but none offered, also hotel in renovations at present so all a bit sub par

Location is excellent for La Defense. Rooms are rather good.

The restaurant prices are rather high and the choices are limited.

The staff esp. The front disk staff every afternoon i've really forgot her name but one of them she was actting like that she is the one giving you the money for staying in the hotel our that she is actting like you are staying in her own hotel for free . I think she should work in a professionnel way with alot of smile. This my first time to write like this comment bcz i've got chocked from what i've seen esp. In this hotel wich we pay alot to have at lest agood service. Sorry again for forgetting the name of that fornt disk lady.

They lie about the Suits. They call junior suit. actualy is a delux room is not a suit. Do not fall for the word suit.

To us, this hotel was perfect. We drove to the city, so it was easy to navigate without the typical Paris traffic. It is located within a short walk to the Metro station, with shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. You're only a few stops from all Paris has to offer. The room was spacious, especially so for Paris, and the bathroom was huge. The hotel's breakfast had many choices, far more than what we were accustomed to. It is located in a business district, which was nice, and there wasn't the loud city noise and congestion to deal with. If you're looking for something in the heart of Paris, this isn't the hotel for you. If you want comfort and convenience in a quiet locale, then the Pullman is a great choice. We would definitely stay there again.

Room was slightly dirty with stains on seat, etc. Also it would be better to advise giests taht is they wish to book a taxi, they should call down 10 Minutes before required.

le ménage n'a pas été fait à fond . Les tables de nuit par exemple sont restées avec des traces de jus de fruit toutes la semaine! ( collantes)

Es ist ein wirklich gutes Stadthotel ohne große Highlights oder Schwächen. Die Lage in der Nähe einer großen Metro-Station ist für die Erkundung der Stadt sehr gut geeignet. Für französische Verhaätnisse gibt es ein sehr gutes Frühstück.

Wir hatten nichts zu meckern.
