Staff not at the desk on my arrival even if checked in at 6 P.m . Had to call the hotel telephone number to have someone showing up.

We have been bitten by bedbugs in room 558. That is in itself not too bad although it itches enormously. However it is the risk of bringing them home that overshadowed our stay.

The room was very comfortable. The hotel staff was very helpful when I needed assistance. The location was excellent for easily getting to the Metro and sites. Also, my room was very, very quiet. Perfect for sleeping after a long travel day!

Location was great, just accross the street from Sorbonne, 10 minutes of walking to Notre Dame Cathedral. Lots of shopping close by (for normal budget, not luxury, or designer stuff) Despite the central location and the busy traffic in the area, the room was very quiet. The bed was excellent, soft featherbed, pillow and comforter, crispy sheets.

Our room was very small, as we got "the cheapest room in the hotel" based on the comment during reservation. Breakfast is served in the basement and there was this musty smell...not appealing at all. Instead I recommend this little cafe just next door. Coffee is 1 Euro, and they sell a variety of pastries and sandwiches. Or you can choose from at least 20 other cafes located within 5 minutes of walking. The same unpleasant smell was lingering at times in the lobby area.

The location is excellent and the staff were friendly.

The room was small, and there was no air-conditioning.

Un accueil aimable qui est plus que rare dans les hôtels parisiens, une chambre petite mais confortable et bien équipée, une situation parfaite à 2 pas de notre dame et des moyens de transport.Une chambre calme et propre.

à ce prix de chambre avoir juste 1 savon et 2 mini produits d'accueil (pas de bonnet bain ni coton ni chaussons...) vraiment le strict minimum + qualité des serviettes très moyennes. (Petites et rêches)

Hotel très agréable.

こじんまりしたプチホテル。部屋は狭いが、清潔で静か。夜中はエレベーターか風の音が聞こえてきたが、スタ- ッフも感じよく全体的に満足した。

On nous a donné une chambre 1 personne alors que nous étions en couple. Le lit était trop petit et la chambre trés mal isolée ( on entendait les voisins prendre leur bain!). Bref pas terrible.
