The hotel was really well placed, near to metro, restaurants and parking space.

They sell for you with internet wifi, but they not specify that the wi- fi is just on common areas, like reception or near to elevators. Of course they have a cable on the room, which is payed, but it will not work with your tablet or phone.

Kind staff; very close to metro station; breakfast was fine; supermarket at the opposite of the hotel and so many restaurants around.

The room was very small,difficulty going round the room,bathroom needs attention, heating not adequate as the toe rapture was low

The room was huge for this price, the cleaning was perfect and the bathroom was big. Near La Vilette and the subway, its easy to find. You have a lot of restaurant front of the hotel if you dislike hippopotamus.

The TV was difficult to use and we got twin bed while we were a young couple and wished for a big bed.

I had one room divided in half in each half was the tv. Cool idea

I like how it is close to metro which is pretty convinient for me and the wife..If you are tight in budget mcdonals is right behind it and they have good restaurants as well...they also have a little corner store where you can buy cheap water..

A lot of noise.

The staff was very efficient and friendly. We drove to Paris with our car so needed a hotel with parking accommodations. There was public parking for 13.50 euro per day within one block of the hotel. The front desk staff was very helpful in showing you the location of the public parking. The hotel was right beside the La Villette metro stop (line 7) and you could arrive in Central Paris within 30 minutes using the metro. The hotel is on a busy street and when you drive up to it there seems to be no place to park to unload your luggage. The front desk staff removes barriers just in front of the hotel so that you can park your car for a few minutes to register and unload.

The rooms are very small. The bathroom is adequate but a little dated.

Room was very small; bathroom even smaller. That suppose to be a tween room; but even for myself was not so comfortable. Over 120 EUR per night for 3* hotel is a bit overpriced; assuming also it is quite far from the city center.

The location is excellent, next to the tube, so no problems to get anywhere. 15 minutes driving to Moulin Rouge and other shops. Parking is not free and will cost you 18 euros per night/24 hours. Hotel in general is ok. The staff are very helpful and they have a great restaurant with delicious food inside. That is about it.

The rooms are very small and we had 2 single beds squeezed together - very uncomfortable as they are moving - impossible position yourself in a middle.

Very bad attention of the personal. No option for wifi in the room, even paid. I would not go back!

On door-step to metro & bus access. Excellent Open feel in reception/common areas, rooms ok, smaller than some but not pokie Great bakery just down the street. Hippo restaurant on site very popular as food good quality & great prices. Twin share room adequate size for sleeping & we were out all day - so suited us. Bar fridge available Daily security on doors good

Bout 20minutes to get into Paris so made for long days & cut into the site-seeing. Price semi compensated for that.

Staff were helpful and the hotel is about a 30 second walk from the metro station (really nice when it's raining!). It's not off the most convenient line for getting into Paris city center, but it didn't take us more than 30 minutes to get to the center. Our room was very comfortable and clean. It was a basic hotel room.

The receptionists were very very welcoming.

The area was very dodgy, a guy was cooking corn outside our hotel on a shopping trolley. The local are around the hotel was very shady and dark, a lot of unusual characters lurking about the place. Very intimidating. Member of staff in the hotel restaurant was very rude and quite arrogant.

The service and the ambience are good and comfortable for family to stays at night after city tour.

Rooms size is bit smaller.

Clean, simple, great location for La Fayette Shopping, very close to Metro.

Be warned, despite the photo the hotel does NOT have a swimming pool. Staff were a mixed bag - customer service an optional extra! Room was v. small for the price.

Room was very small (unlike the pictures) Breakfast was horrible Only wired internet was free and was very slow No free parking All in all the hotel was very expensive for what it offers and, in my opinion, it's rather a 2* than a 3*

The staff was very helpful in hailing a taxi. Í really appreciated that.

Coffee at breakfast was warm but not hot. There was a slighly off putting odor in the room. Not horrible but just enough to get the attention.

The location was excellent, very near to Porte De La Villete metro station. The staff was humble enough to allow us to keep our luggage before and after check-in and check-out times repectively.

The hotel does not provide any complimentary tea bags or coffee!

The location is good, only walk 2 minutes from tube station. And value for money. Staffs are very nice and helpful.
