the lobby of the hotel always have smell of cooking

Location of hotel was very good

I get the smallest ever room in this hotel while on net you showed minimum size is 34sq mtr , my room was 24sqmtr or less ?????this is bull shitting and cheating by all means and when I argue with staff they say you are bullshitting >and no size of room menation on the booking I rcv from you sure I will never book again through your company

It can only be descriobed as 'good average'.

The prices are obviously based upon what the majority of guests (Arabs) will pay and are hence extremely high. Never again!

Would like to thank all the Reception stuff as well as the very professional Guest Relation Supervisor Mrs Morigann for all the help they offered to make our stay unforgettable in this Hotel, was a pleasure being in Marriot Champs-Élysées ... I definitely will come again and recommend it .

расположение очень удобное! рядом и рестораны и магазины!!!! можно всегда попасть быстро везде где пожелаешь. раньше останавливался всегда в этом отеле.

нет бесплатного интернета даже в лоби баре. персонал не очень доброжелателен и входит в положение туристов. по принципу " приехали- это ваши проблемы!" забронировав номер оказался другим, и пожелания не были учтены. пока не вмишался директор отеля который по истенне мило все разрулил. но не всегда директор бывает рядом.

Os funcionários do café que fica na calçada, em frente ao hotel e que pertence ao hotel não olham as pessoas que transitam próximo ao café e nem tem nenhuma segurança. Os seguranças deveriam ficar prestando atenção em tudo, mas não o fazem. Ficam na porta do hotel somente e deixando seus hóspedes a mercês dos ladrões, que eu particularmente achava que em paris e na champs-elysée não teria assim. Minha mulher teve sua bolsa gucci furtada neste café enquanto estávamos sentados e tomando um bom vinho rosé e "jantando". Os funcionários e nem o concierge chamaram a polícia, apesar de pedirmos insistentemente. Tivemos que ir lá pessoalmente dar a queixa no outro dia. Lamentável!!!!!!

Отель высокого стандарта Marriott и в таком месте - это великолепное сочетание. Я уже более 10 раз останавливался в нем.

Otele check in icin geldigimde otel ücreti odenmedigi soylendi halbuki ben internetten ödeme yapmıstım sizden gelen confirmasyon kagıdı vardı. Sonra fiyatı daha yüksek fiyattan oda tutabilecegimi soylediler. Butun bu sürec içerisinde 1 saat bekledim.
