エグゼクティヴラウンジを利用できる部屋を選んだが、ラウンジの食べ物も飲み物もストックや補充が少なく、- 結局、利用できなかった。また、思った以上に不便な場所だった。

The staff were extremely impressive ... nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way to help guests.

Unfortunately dining at the hotel is very expensive - even with a poor exchange rate there is no need for such high prices .... think there must be an opportunity for any fair priced restaurant !!

The Room was nice and clean. The service was excellent and they had lots of ideas for sight seeing and touring.

The room was on the smaller side.

Everything was perfect, the reception desk very helpful and friendly, due to a previous booking mishandling they upgraded to suite at no extra cost, metro station is just 200 mtrs walk, 3rd floor beakfast for executive rooms is perfect.

Good location (although not in a touristic landmark), nice restaurant and very comfortable. Ideal price for a 4 star hotel in Paris / Muy bien localizado (aunque algo lejos de los puntos turísticos de la ciudad), buen restaurante, muy cómodo y con un precio ideal para un hotel de 4 estrellas en París

All employes were really hepful. Is very confortable hotel. Near public transport, easy to access.

Hotel's location was excellent for it was near metro line 6, that enable me to move around tourist attraction location without many changes.

I did not like the room service's meals.

Good location - not in the direct vicinity of all the landmarks but close to the Metro line. The room was big enough and clean, bathroom well-equipped and the staff was very helpful. I was also lucky enough to get the 3 nights for the price of 2 offer which was a nice bonus. Generally I was satisfied with my choice.

Our check in was delayed as there was no room available on time. After waiting even longer in order to get a room that wasn't next to the lifts we got... a room next to the lifts. Wasn't that much of an issue though and we were too tired to argue. The sliding bathroom door were broken and wouldn't close properly, so privacy in the bathroom was a bit of a problem. I reported that on the first day but it wasn't fixed during our stay.

The type of room I reserved was not available and I was put in a better room without hesitation. Everyone was very nice.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable; the breakfast buffet was very good but expensive.

Although it is very convenient to the metro line that runs directly to the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe it was further away from the major tourist attractions than I had hoped. Still it was very easy to get around and Paris' excellent metro system makes the location work.
