The staff working there were extremely friendly and helpful. We frequently asked questions ans the staff was always courtious and knowledgable. We enjoyed the nice breakfasts there and the convenient location.We also found the shops (stores) in the area very nice and convenient. The hotel was very clean and very quiet, so getting a good sleep was easy. We liked having breakfast there so that in the morning, we didn't have to leave to try to find a place to eat, especially when it's raining. We found the selection of food very good. We found the room that we stayed in satisfactory but a little on the small side. We would have preferred a double or queen sized mattress instead of 2 twin ( small) beds put together

отличное расположение, в нескольких минутах от метро Grands Boulevards, в 15 минутах спокойной прогулки по прекрасным бульваром до гранд опера. обильные завтраки. вокруг множество ресторанов, факст-фудов и мини- маркетов. отличное место для туриста любого возраста. дружелюбный персонал. действительно бесплатный wi-fi в номере, приличная скорость.

Niente! Non mi è piaciuto assolutamente la camera assegnata. Piccolissima! non avevamo nemmeno il posto per appendere i capotti e abbiamo dovuto tenere una parte del nostro bagaglio dentro le valigie! Per fortuna avevamo due trolley piccole altrimenti non saremmo dovuti uscire noi!!! VERGOGNOSO Tra l'altro non avevamo modo di andarcene avendo già pagato tutto il soggiorno (4notti) nè avuta la possibilità di cambiare stanza

Buona posizione, l'hotel è in una via abbastanza tranquilla, vicinissimo alla fermata di due linee della metro (linea 8 e linea 9) molto comode per muoversi in città, inoltre nella zona ci sono molto ristoranti e negozi carini. Di sera c'è molta vita. La camera è sufficiente come spazi per chi vuole godersi la città ed avere un buon appoggio per riposarsi. Il bagno è quasi nuovo con un ottima doccia (molto pulito) e da non trascurare con finestra. Unico difetto a nostro avviso, l'amore dei francesi per la moquette. Devo ammettere che era però molto ben pulita e non presente nel bagno.

La posizione centrale e la vicinanza della metropolitana (due stazioni). La presenza di numerosi ristoranti nei dintorni. Il Wifi gratuito. Almeno un canale italiano alla TV. Le dimensioni della stanza e del bagno assolutamente inaccettabili per gli standard dell'Europa occidentale, ascensore incluso. Le 4 stelle esposte all'ingresso ci sembrano troppo generose . E' stata la prima volta che provavamo una struttura della catena Mercure, e siamo rimasti piuttosto delusi.

Très bien situé en face des Folies Bergères, Quartier calme. A proximité a pied des grands boulevard. Chambre propre , mais lit en 140*190 et un seul ascenseur pas digne d'un 4 étoiles. Beaucoup de deux étoiles en province font mieux.

Nous avons apprécié l'accueil et les petits déjeûners . Les chambres sont confortables et propres bien que petites ,mais nous sommes à Paris .... L'hotel est au calme dans une petite rue ,à proximité des grands boulevards Un reproche : une odeur dans la salle de bains liée probablement à un probléme de canalisation

Position géographique privilégiée et parking à proximité avec réduction de l'hôtel Qualité de l'accueil avec disponibilité du personnel, y compris au petit déjeuner. Chambre offrant de bons volumes pour Paris Prix du petit déjeuner un peu élevé (17 €)

Oteli bulmakta zorlandık, daha açık adres ve detayli bir harita olursa otele ulasmak daha kolay olacaktı. Opera bolgesinde oteli ararken insanlara sordugumuzda kimse otelin yerini bilmiyordu...
