Mercure Paris Opera Garnier

The location is perfect for sightseeing - central enough to walk easily to many of the significant sights to see. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful in regard to directions, arranging tours, etc.

The housekeeping lacked in service. My room was cleaned late in the day so that if I returned to my room for a break, it was not yet clean. Also, dirty dishes were not removed...they were left in my room even after the room was serviced.

Great position within Paris, everything is within a short Metro ride. The rooms are small but to be fair all Paris hotel rooms are small, it was spotlessly clean and was well tended by the hotel staff. Bathroom was great with loads of hot water and a shower that worked perfectly. Staff where incredibly friendly and helpful.

Prices! Bar prices where much too high as was the price of items in the room mini bar, the breakfast was €16 each! And was very ordinary. Everything else was great! To be fair Paris is expensive generally, expect to pay €4 for a soft drink,€3 for an ice cream and €4 for a small beer!

The room was small, not even that it was privilege, for that price I expected something better.

welcome package( bag with cereal baton and cookies incl bottle of water). Made feel very welcome. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good

the Lift was slow to come. need a staircase.

朝食は３星相応に充実していて連泊でも飽きませんでした。

４連泊しましたが、お部屋が古く少し狭かった為快適さは不十分でした。

ラファイエット＆プランタンに近いこと。　周りにお店が沢山ありこと。メトロもとても便利。　部屋は清潔、ベッドも清潔。

少しうるさかった。

スタッフは親切でした。きれいで快適な割にお得でした。オペラ座界隈に用事がある人ならば、ロケーションも- とても便利です。

強いて言えば、“パリっぽさ”はありませんでした。
