Friendly staff, average breakfast
Did not have bar
Good value for money, not in a prime location as it is on the outskirts of the city but it is well connected so 30mins will be more than enough to get to the city center.
Decor was somewhat old.
Friendly staff, nice and clean room and bathroom, excelent and convenient location. Subway 2 min walking, a lot of shops, groceries, restaurants in the area.
Poor breakfast, absolutely no choice.
The staff were really helpful and kind. All of our requests were met with a big smile and fast response. great breakfast!
Good hotel, but need some renovation in the room.
We stayed in eight hotels total in our trip to France, and the best one was this one, no contest. Excellent location, wonderful personnel, and very good wifi. In other hotels wifi doesn't go all the way to the rooms (only lobby, or you have to pay extra to have it in the room in other hotels). Here the WiFi was very good.
it was well located, close to Metro. Very modern and the ambiance was great. I would definitely stay here again.
Paying extra for parking.
Location is very closed to the subway station. Breakfast was fairly good.
Lift is too small. Wifi is slow. No room card but a quite heavy key and had to leave it to reception before I went out. Room was fairly clean. I would say it is a very good 2-star hotel. But as a 4-star one, I think it is incompetent.
Book upon the non-cancellation condition but payment was made at the time of reservation and Hotel did not provide with the proper invoice for the room charge. I have no idea how they are rated. Definatly the service and the facility don't meet 4-star grade. This hotel is the worst one.
mainly the position near the underground.
Good accessibility to T3 & Metro 4 station.
Gym is closed all the time, 365 days in a year. Booking.com must put the correct information of the hotel. The room is quite small.
close to metro station, but still quite far away to take the metro from the train station, or to the famous view points.
In my opinion, it can not really be counted as a 4-star hotel. Therefore, it does not really worth the money paid. We booked a superior suite of 20 m², but the room is really small, maybe only 15 m². The fan in the toilette is broken, we need to open the window after a shower. It costs 12 Euros per person per night for the breakfast, but the choices of the breakfast are very limited.
The hotel is very closed to metro station (Porte d'Orleans) so we travelled everywhere easily.
comfortable beds,so close to the metro station, lovely and helpful stuff, suit room is awesome,wi-fi is working in the room, the whole hotel is very clean.
Reception staff not helpful or available enough
Comfort and cleanliness Close to subway
Great value. Four star hotel. Rain shower.
WiFi patchy. Not enough power plugs in room.
close to Metro station
was very dirty room, especially the bathroom. the staff was not polite and not professional as a 4 stars hotel.
Direct access to public transport, esp. the T3B tram that passes many metro lines so one can avoid a metro transfer. Helpful and friendly staff. Very comfortable beds.
Wifi did not work for us, but we seem to have problems at other places in Paris as well, possibly our Swedish security settings.
-Really comfortable beds -Conveniant location, close to Metro station -Value for money for Paris
-Very small bathroom with minimal space around the toilet.
It's ok for little time
It's very small like most hotels in Paris The room we had,was a bet smelly !
Good location, close to subway.
The Wi-fi only worked from the 3rd floor down (our room was on the 7th!) So if you wanted to use it you either had to sit in the staircase or at the reception. We asked the staff to fix this several times or change our room they simple refused and told us to sit in the lobby. You also have to drop off your roomkey at the desk each time you leave the hotel and can't take it with you. The fitness was one of the reasons we chose this hotel and it was under construction - no warning whatsoever on the hotel's website. We needed an extra bed in our room after asking the reception thet told us this wasn't possible although on the door it states a 30€ charge to add an extra bed! Simply dissapointed not worth 4 stars!
- AC - new towels every day if you need it - safe - nice staff - TV (3 English channels) - fridge - very close to the Tram and Metro stations (however far away from the city center)
- WiFi - that was a joke; literally 200 kbps; really? had to wait at least 40 seconds for each page to load; 20 years ago I had a 56k modem that was faster than this - the room was old and very small - no shower (bathtub with a shower curtain) - no window curtains; just drapes; so either it was dark in the room or everyone could see everything from the outside - punctured grout between tiles - inconveniently placed electric sockets; 2 of them were placed above the desk which was preventing larger plugs; had to boil the water on the floor - new coffee cream, new soap were not provided after old ones had been used - old ineffective hair dryer - claustrophobic elevator - classic keys to rooms which you have to leave at the reception desk every time you leave the building
Good location, metro is nearby, room is clean and staffs are helpful.
Hotel breakfast is very basic, not value for money.
