The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, quiet and well equipped. Room size is acceptable (comparring to other Paris 3 star hotels I've stayed). |

Beautiful room, nice bathroom, public transport nearby, luggage storage service, enough space, comfortable bed, water boiler available in the room Problems with the elevator: we were jammed, staff didn't said anything when we had mentioned it (the lift was fixed a few moments later, but was still very noisy) located near a busy road (even at night), airconditioning didn't worked properly |

Un accueil particulièrement chaleureux ainsi que des conseils judicieux / restaurants voisins. Petits déjeuners copieux et variés. Le coût du parking voisin ( Italie 2 ) : 32 € / jour ! N'y aurait-il pas une possibilité de prix préférentiel pour les clients de l'hôtel, sur la base d'une convention entre l'établissement et Vinci, gestionnaire du parking. |

Personnel disponible, agréable et mettant tout en œuvre pour rendre le séjour agréable. Les prestations étaient conformes à celles annoncées sur booking.com. Très bonne situation de l'hôtel à deux pas de la station Place d'Italie. L'hôtel dispose de 2 étages entièrement non fumeurs. Chambre propre, calme et confortable. Le petit déjeuner est un peu basique compte tenu de la catégorie de l'hôtel et du prix affiché du petit déjeuner. |

El hotel esta bien, limpio y bien ubicado para el desplazamiento en metro por la ciudad, el desayuno correcto y la atención de recepción mas que correcta, el único pero podría ser la habitación un poco pequeña, pero suficiente. En general todo correcto y la relación calidad precio correcta. |
