The Confort of the bed, the closeness to the metro station The Staff was useless, not professional and we almost missed our train back home because they were not able to order a taxi on time, actually at all.

Good hotel but the heat was not working in my room.It was warmer in the hallway than in my room. I enjoyed the water kettle in the room. Making tea at night was the only thing that helped me stay warm since the room remained very cold. The heat did not work in my room. I requested assistance four separate days. Management promised they would fix the problem but never did. Housekeeping did provided me with a blanket on the second night. My room remained cold throughout my five night stay. Unacceptable for the $$$$ spent!!! Poor customer service!!!!

The location close to Butte aus cailles was the best part. Lovely part of Paris. After staying in 5 different cities across Europe (Berlin, Barcelona, Brussels, Milan, and Paris). Mercure was by far our least favorite. The room was unbearably hot, the air con did not work at all, our view was the backside of another building, the maid wouldn't knock before entering, the beds were the hardest I've slept on, the wifi cut in and out, and the elevator was so very slow.

Excellent hotel! Nice rooms, very clean and warm. Good service. The location was good - 2 minutes walking from the metro, a big mall with many shops and a supermarket nearby. There are also many good restaurants in the area. We would difinitely stay here again! The only negative thing is that there was no rifrigerator in the room.

the staff are very nice and helpful. the facilities in the hotel are excellent. the cloth dryer, fridge and kettle are very useful. the standard double bed is combined by two single bed, and it is not comfortable because the two beds are easily seperated.

Lovely rooms. Helpful staff. Quiet location but within 10 minutes' Metro travel of central Paris. Breakfast room a bit cramped - but staff friendly and helpful.

Location, location, location...even though not in the heart of Paris, you could get anywhere with no trouble. Everything needed is within a 2-3 block walk( shopping mall,many cafes and restaurants,laundramat) On a busy street..noisy with windows open..

Changed a room to better one after complain. Coffee machine/kettle in the room for free! Also some tea and coffee supplied for free. English is spoken perfectly. Good system with keycards - 1 key for every person in room, just one key, no need to leave it on reception. Free internet. Minor drawbacks: breakfast is not free of charge, entering internet password each time when powering on the notebook was a bit annoying, sometimes staff was unhelpful in the evening.

de prijs-kwaliteit verhouding was zeer goed: 70 € voor een standaardkamer met 2 eenpersoonsbedden. De bedden waren van prima kwaliteit, net zoals de hoofdkussens (een uitzondering in Frankrijk). De klimaat- regeling werkte prima, de isolatie tussen de kamers is OK, gasten op de gang hoor je wel. Van het verkeer op de boulevard heb je geen last en de buurt is levendig en veilig Het personeel aan de balie is supervriendelijk.Het ontbijtbuffet is uitgebreid en verzorgd, maar kost wel 16€. Dus enkel nemen als je echt ontbijt. Op het ronde punt(op 50 meter afstand) heb je verschillende tavernes.Bij 'Chez Jules' is het eten lekker, niet te duur en je wordt er aangenaam bediend. De badkamer is weliswaar proper, maar is toch aan renovatie toe. Het is allemaal wat afgeleefd. Er zijn maar 2 handdoeken per man, wat te weinig is, maar op vraag krijg je een dubbel pakket. De kleerkast heeft geen legplanken, wat toch wat lastig is. Ondanks deze opmerkingen bevelen we dit hotel aan, als je het voor een goede prijs kan boeken.
