The hotel is beside the Exchibiton center and near the metro station There was always a smoke smell in the room and i am not a smoker.

Quite hotel, nice restaurants, comfortable rooms The fact that I had been overcharged for apprx eur 80 because they thought we were 2 persons in the room . After I realised that on the invoice I emailed the hotel requesting a credit for the overcharge. I haven't heard from them so far .

Location of the Hotel Reception staff, well, one of the young ladies was very rude on the first evening, almost had decided to move to another hotel but than it was only one person rest was ok.

An excellent hotel which is adjacent to the exhibition centre. Very nice restaurant with a nice choice of meals. If you need to be close to the exhibition centre then this hotel is ideal.

Das Personal hat mir sehr geholfen mit Photocopien fuer die Messe,und auch Alles drumherum war sehr angenehm. Leider fehlten staendig die Loeffel fuer den Cafe und meine Zahnbuerste musste dazu hinhalten...

Service .Formaat van de 2e kamer, Prijs kwaliteit was goed. Kamer uitkomend op de binnen cour was qua liggend was zeer slecht. Geen frisse lucht, veel te warm en claustrofobisch. Gelukkig kreeg ik na 2 nachten een kamer waar wel daglicht en frisse lucht binnenkwam...

Le fait que je ne comprenne pas ce que me disait la personne de la réception pour la bonne raison qu'il mâchait un chewing gum. Le fait que le personnel du petit déjeuner était plus préoccupé à débarrasser les tables qu'à accueillir les clients et à les installer. Pas d'assiettes pour se servir, corbeilles à pain vides, ...
