Score from 3415 reviews Good
cleanliness of the room
all of it from the buildings to the food, the cleannesses and the staff
Location / Food available very good and reasonable
Cost of breakfast
quite, big rooms, nice food in the bar
15 min to Metro station, but rather fast to get to the center. Good for business not leasure
Proximité parc des expositions Calme Spacieux
Location and we got a room with view to Eiffel Tower. ;-) Parking available, but also Metro stations in walking distance.
Rooms are a bit small.
Very friendly and helpfull staff with good English.
Hotel has inside courtyard with roof. Our room had a window into the courtyard resulting in only little light lot and a lot of noise from the restaurant and bar untill late.
The Staff at the front desk, they were very helpful and polite
The taxis , when the Hotel call for one the charge 14 euros to star the ride
It's proximity to expo
Just it's high price during fair
This hotel is not 4 stars standard hotel. Old decoratiion, plastic cups, very far from the MTR station. The price is absolutely not competitive to others hotels in Paris.I don't recomend this hotel to anybody and will never come back there for sure.
Clean Staff very polite and friendly Hotel very clean and well kept Nice restaurant
Room decor a bit outdated Breakfast - burnt bacon, undercooked scrambled eggs Expensive for the location
The location and rooms
Staff could be a little more helpful
Location was nice. Not far from my Business requirements. Also restaurants in the area.
Price compared to rooms. No Air Conditioning in rooms at 95 degrees. Rooms were very poor. Wallpaper was coming off walls. Sink drain was clogged. For the money i expect much more.
Room was too hot
Very close to Porte de Versailles hall 7. Affordable underground parking.
Good location close to metro and tram. Public areas, bar good
Room very basic, paper cups and plastic glasses in room hardly 4 star. Didn't cater for a couple in room - 1 tea bag per night, one set of shampoo etc Towels very small and thin.
Very handy for the Expo centre and parking convenient. Central atrium gives a pleasant airy atmosphere. FFVE classic vehicle inside set the scene nicely for the car show.
Breakfast crush, some waiters too keen to clear tables if no one actually present when collecting food. Was charged twice for the car parking by mistake. Refunded but at 75€ bit pricy if I hadn't noticed.
A staff at the reception was not kind. They made a mistake for invoicing and even before checking again, they insisted us to pay....
The breakfast nd dinner both
The food in the restaurant.
To be told that I could only have 2 pots of milk a day. The heat in the rooms, couldn't get the air conditioning to work.
Breakfast was very good.
Booked 2 rooms, 1 guest in each but the hotel insisted only 1 room was booked. This was resolved after much confusion. The steak was very poor, restaurant staff quite grumpy.
Very good waiter in the bar area
expensive breakfast, no german tv channels, possibility of an airport shuttle would have been nice
liked the location and the staff attitude.
We had to pay extra for car parking as it was not mentioned when we booked the hotel. One of the reasons we booked that hotel was the availability of car parking and never mentioned that we had to pay extra 45 euro for two days.
Very quiet and comfortable room.
Really far from the station: about 15 minutes walk from the closest station. One of staff members is not that serviable.(a young woman who wears glasses)
Quite rooms. Friendly staff. Parking cost were very acceptable comparing to french standards.
A pity we had to walk 10 min (of which 5 min up the hill) coming from the closest metro station.
