Location, close to the office and tube station. Definetly the worst experience of my life. Room and bath not really tidy and bed bugs!!! After my complain the Duty Manager said this is a quite frequent problem for the hotels all over the world...maybe for her standard, not for me! Please leave the housekeeping team properly clean the room and the beds before book this hotel!

It is close to the things I like to do: shopping, visiting, family. The rooms are modern, the bathrooms are small but nice and has a great continental breakfast. I do not like the doors to the rooms because they need to be slammed to be shut completely, hence the noise from neighbors slamming their doors in the middle of the night.

Excellent location in the Opera district, right in the center of Paris. Friendly staff: they moved me in 2 hrs ahead of the official check-in time. Rooms are clean. Although I asked for the single I was given a 2 floor room which is enough to accommodate 4! Great value for money. I moved in from a luxury hotel (paid by my employer) which cost EUR600/night and I almost didn't notice any major difference. Definitely recommend the hotel for anyone looking for a decent place to sleep... Room may need a small renovation, but it is still well maintained. No major complains.

Posizione ottima. Camera abbastanza pulita Muri in cartapesta! Sentivo qualsiasi cosa succedeva nella camera accanto (o in bagno!!!)! La tenda della doccia puzzava di rancido...

Emplacement idéal, quartier animé, chambres agréables. Il est incompréhensible que le jour de notre départ programmé à 12h, une femme rentre pour faire le ménage à 7h45 dans la chambre alors que nous étions encore au lit ! Les équipes de ménage sont très bruyantes et ce dès 07h30 et n'hésite pas à claquer les portes au mépris du repos des clients.
