Hotel staff not friendly, rooms are pretty old looking

Nothing.....only one channel on TV....

Hotel was well located since we were travelling to Ville Pinte to the exposition centre daily - Rooms were spacious

Toilets were very tiny cubicles , breakfast was insufficient - no fruits , short staffed inspite of the hotel being full

Great room size and good location, excellent customer services by staff.

Right next to Stade St. Denis (only reason we picked the hotel was to attend a sporting event) and 500 feet away from metro-RER line. Other than a large room and location, there is nothing noteworthy about this hotel.

Although the room and bathroom were large, the furnishings were cheap and damaged. We had requested a nonsmoking room and were given a smoking room. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. The tv did not work properly and kept shutting off and the wifi internet did not work and the internet on the tv did not work. The hotel staff were not very helpful, simply shrugging their shoulders. Another guest was given our room and walked into our our room shortly after we had checked in and when I phoned the front desk they were not very helfpul nor apologetic. The staff then cancelled our room cards and I had to go back down to the desk and again they were indifferent and not apologetic. Our stay was unpleasant and we would not recommend the hotel.

I had stayed there for 4 days. Staff was so rude, house keeping didn't do their job. Hotel located in the middle of no where but a stadium. Only one restaurant near by, really nothing you can do overthere. You have to walk 15 to 20 min to train or subway station. I will never ever to stay at that hotel anymore. Price was so high, I had paid over 600 Euro for 4 nights.

Friendly staff and nice rooms

On 7th floor and room was clean and spacious. Design of room was good with bath/shower room and separate toilet, microwave, separate sink, fridge and free extensive movies and internet on tv. Stone throw from Rugby stadium and bars are lively on match day. Nearby St Denis is ideal for bars, restaurants and cheap shopping. 10 minute walk to metro and shops. Friendly and helpful staff. Only down side is it is 45 minute metro ride to attracions and getting to bus station for flight home. Watch out for line closures on a Sunday. Well stocked food and drinks available at reception at any time. and also free wi fi.

There was no information pack for services and attraction etc in the room. Quite a distance from city centre and not offered information leaflets on arrival which found out later were at back of reception. Although did not take breakfast it seemed expensive for what was on offer.

Debido a que nuestro objetivoe ra el Stade de France, el hotel fue perfecto.

Instalaciones confortables. Ambiente tranquilo. Trato cordial. Se puede desayunar bien y copiosamente.

le prix reste trop élevé. J'ai payé 156 €/ nuit en restant 3 nuits du 22 au 25 nov qui n'est pas (à ma connaissance) une période rouge.
