Great location. Good place to stay considering its price. I had the single room with shared bathroom. The room was tiny (as I expected) but it was very clean and it had everything.

Elevator was too small.

Location is excellent. 2 min walk to the Metro, 15 mins to champ de elysees, 10 mins walk to open bus tour etc. Service is great, friendly.

The room we got was really small. I thought it was much bigger (looking from the photos). The batroom was really small. We couldn't do anything without opening the door. We have another non-cancellable booking at the hotel in 1 week's time and they promised a room like in the photos. So thats a relief!

Location was perfect for travelling around Paris.

Rooms were small and the place could do with fixing up somewhat!

Hotel looks completely different than on the photos, rooms are extremely small and it was impossible to fit 2 people in the same time in the bathroom (it had about 2,5 sq meters). Rooms were dirty and service was rude. It is definitely our worst hotel experience ever.

Ideal location for site seeing. Concorde, Champs Elysee within easy walking distance. Warm room.

Close to Champes Elyses, appx 10 minutes walking, thats only positive that I can tell about the hotel.

Dirty, bad stuff, on 9 am in the morning there was no hot water, please do not go this hotel, you will be disappointed... Wifi connection was bad as well...

First of all, there's a huge descrepancy between the photos you find on booking.com and the actual rooms, the charm being replaced by a dissapointing reality: a nasty smell when you enter the room, a small bed with an uncomfortable mattress, old sheets and pillows, dusty furniture, pipes all over the place, a tiny improvised bathroom...We couldn't sleep at all during the night because of the noise coming from inside the building. To sum it up, it was a dreadful experience, but, then again, that's the price they're making you pay for a night in Paris, where the brand means much more than what it has to offer.

Good location from the nearest station Milonie. It takes only 3 minutes walk, clean room and the view from the window.(its a city view of Paris)

The shower doesnt work good... We didnt use hot water.

So bad it was laughable!

Dangerous room, whose door opens directly into the stairwell. Rude front desk staff who put me in the wrong room (no private bathroom) and refused to resolve the problem (although it was eventually resolved when the shift changed after 10pm). Dirty rooms. This may be the worst hotel in Paris.

Seasoned Paris traveller here! Fantastic location in the 8th arrondissement in very short walking distance to Champs Elyssees. Clean, safe and non-touristy quiet area of Paris. My room - a double on the first floor - had electic and interesting decor and fit out. I was upgraded as they originally put me in the wrong room and I complained about sharing a bathroom. Very clean, bar the croissant flakes that was left over one of the pillows. I had a lovely experience at check out.

Living in Lyon (another part of France) I come across the French in everyday encounters (with friends, at the gym, at the bakery, the post etc) and can quite happily attest to the fact that the French are quite generally very friendly, well-mannered and gracious. The man at reception could have not treated me with more disdain and rudeness. Couple this with the fact that: -he did not have the correct price of the room and was even ruder when i showed him my email receipt -I was put in the wrong room (the tiny single one under the sloping roof with the shared toilet and shower) and -offered me the 8 Euro breakfast if I stayed in said room anyway (no thanks) I was upgraded upon refusal of breakfast offer to the only avail room (a very pretty double) which made me happier. Normally I never leave bad reviews but I feel like the negatives outlined by the other reviewers is consistent with my experience.

It was perfect, located 3 minutes walk from Champs-Elysee, in a beautiful neighborhood, and 5 minutes walk from the metro station, and very easy to find. Th staff was great, very helpful and polite, it was my first time in Paris, and they gave us all the information needed, and were very nice. I would highly recommend it for city trip, shopping, business, Excellent.

Only the elevator was very small :)

Good location. You can go on foot to Avenue Champs-Elysees & Tour Eiffel

The location. I decided to book this hotel because the next day I had to go to the Normandy, and the hotel is located not far from the Gare Saint-Lazare. It was the only reason why I stayed there.

The room is too dark, cold. This hotel is only for a night. If you want to spend much time in Paris, you should book a much more comfortable hotel.

It wasn't immediately clear when booking, that it was a shared shower and shared toilet, if I knew would definitely not booked it. Television wasn't working, box was broken, but not possible to change.

The location is excellent and the price is good for the district. The staff was helpful and kind.

I stayed in the small room in the 5th floor and it could be a little more clean and tidy. I was alone so next time if I take my wife with me I'll try the normal room.

The double glazing and blockout curtains meant we had a great sleep which was much appreciated after 10 nights in noisy in noisy hotels. The location was also great, with easy access to the metro and walking distance toeverything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The bathroom was very small and the shower wasn't great as it took more than 5 minutes for hot water to come through with low water pressure.

Very friendly and helpful staff, good location, decent price. Room had a rather funky, slightly dilapidated palace chic decor which was fun. Excellent spot for a weekend break with easy walking access to all major sights.

Was all good really. If you were being very fussy, the bathroom was a bit cramped.
