rooms were clean and comfy , good selection for breakfast .

my shower was linked to the one next door .

The hotel was well presented and clean.

The staff were not helpful, more rude than friendly. The rooms were very small and not really comfortable to stay in.

Free Evian on daily basis!

Staff that did not speak English. Housekeepers that did not replenish items properly. Not enough staff when needed.

The charge was taken on my credit card even though I wanted to pay in cash . 2 The desk girl insisted we had had breakfast , and wanted to charge us , when we never had any meal in the hotel

The receptionist was very friendly, only a few minutes walk to the metro, very clean and smart in the reception area

The cost of breakfast was rather pricey, but other than that I couldn't really fault the stay there

Room was very small. Location is right on the edge of a rougher area.

Reception staff was very friendly, speaks good english and was willing to help. Room was clean and tidy. Good access to the garage where we kept our car. Very quiet in the hotel calm atmosphere. Not too far from Eiffel. We would be happy to go back one day.

Kitchen or breakfast room staff. No issues with them just a bit off smile would make more friendly atmosphere during the breakfast.

The staff were friendly and always willing to assist.The bottle of water everyday was useful and a nice extra when having to leave early to go on tours and in the hot weather.

A little far from the Metro (but still walking distance) and on outskirts of main tourist attractions. Cupboard space for clthing a little limited.

- The rooms were new and trendy. Nice first impression. - good connection to metro stations. Champ de mars (Tour Eiffel) is in walking distance.

- You couldn't look straight into the TV, as this was pointing to "nowhere" in the room. Better if you could rotate it so that you can enjoy it while lying in bed. - For a four star hotel the breakfast could have been better.

Very good location near metro stations and local shops and restauraunts. Personal and clean rooms. Free wifi.

Cleaning was done very quickly: not all items were picked up and cleaning lady has forgot a cleaning towel in my room one day.

Modern, clean.

I can never get a taxi at a Mercure in Paris

Hotel was clean. Close to two metro station. Staff was freindly espceially the lady in the breakfast. Close to Eifell tower (30-45 minutes by walking)

Rooms are a bit small but it's common in all hotels in Paris. I think it's very hard to find big room in Paris at all :) Wireless was a bit small but it's not a big problem we were out all the day. Location is not the best but it's close to two metro stations (convention and boucicaut) so you can access all the attractions easily at most one metro change.

I liked the reception staff which were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good since it has BIO products.

The rooms were way too small. They did not have connecting rooms and that was what we requested when we did the reservation. After one night spent in separate rooms, my husband has to talk to the reception and after long discussion, the hotel decided to give us two rooms with a private door that can be closed to keep the too rooms connected. I think they should have done it from first night. The hotel parking spot was expensive.

Well located, comfortable (although small) room, helpful staff.

They have their own, economical parking garage, and are easy to reach from the peripheral ring road on the south side of the city. The rooms are clean and modern, and you can get to the center of town easily on the Metro.

For my purpose an excellent location. New and modern hotel. Good breakfast, modern very nice kept room. Quiet no traffic disturbance. Short way to subway.

La petitesse des chambres, il faut un chausse pied pour faire le tour du lit. Idem pour la penderie

La propreté, l'accueil, la situation.

Encore une fois et ce n'est que trop souvent dans les hôtels du groupe Accor que je fréquente beaucoup moins à cause de cela, l'inconfort de vos couchages, trop ferme et rendant impossible un sommeil de qualité. J'ai regardé la structure de votre matelas, toujours la même rencontrée dans de multiples hôtels, une mousse hr très simple, peu épaisse et rendant le sommeil agité avec des douleurs dorsales aigues. Même remarque pour vos oreillers, d'une très grande médiocrité. C'est le reproche que j'adresse à de trop nombreux hôtels qui mettent l'accent sur des services mais pas sur leur couchage. Sachez qu'en province, je n'utilise plus les chaines d'hôtels du groupe Accor mais des chambres d'hôtes, bien plus confortables. Quand vous déciderez-vous à investir dans de vrais supports de couchages performants ? Vous faites tout de même payer vos chambres de 130 à 150 €, ce qui rend insupportable le fait de mal dormir. Dernière chose, je suis resté trois nuits et le personnel de nettoyage des chambres, n'a jamais remarqué que le lavabo était bouché et rendait l'écoulement de l'eau difficile. Je vous signale donc le problème, j'étais dans la chambre 505.
