Very good location as the metro stop was not even 5 min from the hotel, plus there was a little shopping street with all kinds of restaurants ( mostly frequented by locals - so not touristy) and a starbucks, there was also a movie theater playing ov movies and a sushi restaurant right across from the hotel; so location was excellent. The room was clean and there was a water boiler and things to make tea and coffee. Fresh towels every day The buffet breakfast they offer for 12 euros is not recommendable, as the coffee is cold (even tho it comes out of an espresso machine), the meat had bone pieces in it, the bread and pastries seemed to be at least a day old, there are little bistros in that small shopping street that serve better breakfast for less money

The hotel did not see that I requested a baby cot and they were out of it when I checked in so the receptionist graciously offered me the parking fee for 15.00 Euros. It was nice and courteous of them to do so. Otherwise, I feel that the hotel price is fair for its location and its standing. The housemaid on my floor was not friendly. I asked her for some extra towels because I had a baby with me and she acted like I was annoying her while she was working. And when we came out of the room, she rolled her eyes when my husband greeted her. So my take on this is if you cannot be nice, then don't take a job which involves dealing with people...

Everyone was so friendly. As a foreigner in their country, the staff made me feel comfortable and welcome. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a wide choice to pick from. My room was quite nice, clean and had great lighting. The bathroom was clean and easy to use....also great lighting. I appreciated the free wi-fi. It was also walking distance from the areas I wanted to see. Thank you for everything. This hotel made my time in Paris even better!!!! Only thing I can say I missed was not having a coffee maker in the room.

Hotel was excellent. Modern clean and a very helpful stuff Bed was perfect!!. Breakfast buffet was very good. Hotel is in a very good area. Safe and with Bercy village near by. Overall it was an excellent choice to stay there. WiFi was not good. Occasionally I could connect with good speed but most of the time connection was slow and you got disconnected easily.

It is nice hotel in very good location two metro stations from a nice center of Paris. It is located two minutes walk from a metro station and a nice shopping village ( village includes restaurants, cinema, shops). The hotel was really clean. No any extra facilities available. There is a cafe something in the ground floor but one night we wanted to have tea but was closed. Also the first morning was not available because of a private meeting and they showed us a place in basement which was really bad to pass your time. This is not a real problem because of a nice places around. No experience from breakfast because I think was expensive and I didn't pay it. There are placed very close and cheaper for it.

Close to Metro Cour St-Emilion. Hotel is located close to a wide range of eating establishments in a pretty area. Within 10 minutes of Paris Omnisports Stadium. Hotel is located in a quiet area and is only a few short stops on the Metro from the centre of Paris. We noticed, late on the evening of our arrival, that the kettle in our room was broken and it was not able to be replaced until the following day, so we were unable to have a hot drink.

Kyriad Hotel Paris Bercy Village is in a nice quiet location, but with the metro within a few hundred metres, it was very easy to commute to the centre of Paris and to Versailles. The hotel & restaurant were very good, with the staff at both being very friendly & helpful. Bercy Village offers plenty in terms of restaurants/coffee shops, and the parks & gardens in the area are great. The only thing that was sometimes annoying at the hotel was that it only had 2 lifts, and these also had to be used by service staff (there is no service lift), so sometimes it could take longer than preferred to get to/from the hotel room. We were on the 7th floor, so didn't try the stairs!

Very near to the underground, and Bercy Village is a great place to visit with lots of restaurants, a place for late stayers. Rooms small but ok for me. Wifi does not work well, and near to the railway, but I am a heavy sleeper, so did not feel any noise.

I loved the room. It was clean, spare, and comfortable with a nice firm bed. It was also a corner room so it had windows on two sides and was a bit bigger than others on the floor. The thing I did not like was plastic glasses instead of glass or ceramic cups and no wash cloths.

The hotel staff was very polite and helpful. Specially the guy from Mauritius (sorry dont know his name) was very helpful indeed and helped us plan some of the tours. The location of the hotel is very nice and allows you to relax after a long grinding day of sightseeing and being mesmerized by Paris. The hotel opens up to Bercy Village, which is a very nice place. Please remember to take the Metro Link of St Emilion, rather than Bercy which we took to walk upto the hotel. The place Well the room was a dissapoitnment, not with regards to the quality of furnishings or the comfort, but with regards to the size. It was hopelessly small (10 footsteps by 6 footsteps) , flying from a continent away, we had 2 big bags which could hardly fit in the room. It was very very small and we were told these were deluxe rooms. Please double check the luggage you are bringing once you are checking in here. Rest is fine.

The clean and quite rooms. - Breakfast was not really worth 12€; Problems with WIFI; it is quite ridiculous to charge 3€ for using the PC for 30 minutes - it should be free of charge; when booking, it was written nowhere how much the breakfast costs
