The hotel was in a lovely area of Paris, easy to get to and the little village was fabulous for dinner. It was very clean and was in a safe area. |

Proximity to Metro at Cour Saint Emilion. Very close to restaurants and cafes and shopping. Central Paris less than 10 minutes away on the Metro. Nice area where hotel is located i.e. Cour St. Emilion and Bercy. |

Very close to conference venue I didn't need a new bar of soap every day - wasteful. Milk & chocolate in room not topped up when used. |

The area is very nice and accessable to paris center One evnning of my returned to the hotel they locked the room and didi not let me go . their claim was my Visa card is invalide and I did wait with my family in the reception for mor than an hour just because a mistake of one of the staff. Their were not problem with my visa card. |

the friendly and helpful staffs. The cleaniness and brightness of the room. During my stay, the aircon was down and under repaired, with this, I did find that 89 euro charge for the room is too pricey, not really worth for the value. I feel the hotel should either spell out clearly to the hotel guess during booking process or offer concession rate to compensate for the discomfort. |
