Everything was as described in the hotel's website..
nothing i can think of..
Although slightly out of the city center, still very well communicated place with easy access to the CDG airport and turistic attractions. Bercy Village shopping centre within short walk distance
The size of the room rather on the small side, but big enough to survive a couple of days without getting claustrophobia.
Close to Metro
They are not flexible to help to change currency. or accept US dollars, no house keeping available, All TV channels are French. no other languages. internet is very slow
1. 2 minute walk from Metro 2. Kettle in room with tea and coffee provided. 3.Rooms were clean and nicely furnished. 4.The small space is utilized efficiently enough, some hanging storage is available as well as a desk. And a safe. 5.Next to various restaurants and a Grocery store, bakery & pharmacy is also down the street. 6.The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful 7.**Parking available** read cons Even with my "cons" I would absolutely stay here again.
1.Breakfast is over priced. 2.Wifi did not work (Free so no $$ lost on my part) 3.Room is tiny. You pay for the location i.e. two people cannot stand shoulder to shoulder from the foot of the bed to the wall. 4.If you're obese do not stay here, the bath stall is also very very tiny, even as a regular sized person it was difficult to move without hitting the shower walls. **PARKING** Parking is provided and located next door & underground. The acess stairs are dimly lit and tight; An exercise in Darwnism. Only the strong will survive. TIP: Drop off luggage in the hotel before attempting to park. If you drive anything larger than a Toyta Yaris do not park here!!! TOO MUCH INFO: I drive a Dodge Caravan And had to fold in the mirrors to pull in into the garage. It was a miricale I did not scrape and hit every vehicle in there. Anything larger than a small compact car should not consider parking. Two cars can fit along side each other; so long as you're ok with exiting you're vehicle through your trunk. Also if you stayed during the New Years 2015 I was the red van who took two spots, sorry.
Easy access to Metro. Plenty of eating places in Bercy village. Staff were very friendly. The hotel and rooms were clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast was also good with nice selection.
Rooms were a bit cramped for doubles considering there was also a baby in the group. There was not enough space for buggy in the room. Fortunately, there were 5 adults booked into 3 double rooms, so the buggy was parked in the room with the single person. The Wi-Fi did not work. Would have liked for parking to be free or at reduced rate.
Room doors were too noisy. When other room doors were closed without care, we woke up multiple times.
Location, decent room, good breakfast
The room was close to the lifts, a bit noisy
It simply is not worthy spending money to stay in the hotel. Price was high and room was small. In fact, shower room was too small to comfortably take a bath. I had a hard time switching directions.
The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming, exactly what you need after arriving a little later than expected! The food at the restaurant was lovely and both the bed and room were great. I like the eco friendly steps the hotel are taking and the best aspect has to be the location. It is less than 1 minute walk to Cour St Emilion metro station and la musée des arts forains is a must see if you stay here. Bercy village(literally across the street) is open on Sunday and the restaurants are all lovely and offer a wide range of food. Bercy park is wonderful to stroll through at any time of year and Bercy metro station is only a 10minute walk away and you pass le Cinémathèque Française along the way. A great hotel in a great location and easy enough to venture to the main tourist attractions too.
location a lot of choice of restaurants
Bathroom - very small (especially the shower)
Room was clean, location convenient to train, shops and cafes.
Twin room, bath/shower very small. Ok for one, not two.
Hotel suited us very well as located 2 mins walk from museum where the reception was held. Also so near restaurants we had no problem with eating out. Suited us for the 3 nights we stayed in Paris.
Hotel room was too basic. No drawers, only hanging space, which was limited. Breakfast was a bit manic. Not very well laid out and people had to keep crossing over each other with trays of food. Area was too cramped for the amount of people.
Location suited my needs. With one exception the staff were professional, friendly and helpful. Very good first impression as staff member at reception really pleasant. Tea/Coffee making facilities in room nice touch. Good choice of breakfast.
One female staff member working in reception was one of the most unprofessional I ever encountered. I had a problem with my room key and instead of renewing it, she decided to lecture me! Rude and not a good image for the hotel. All other so professional. Despite having a "Do nor disturb" notice on my bedroom door the staff member came into the room while I was in the bathroom! Shower unit very small but it is Paris and the norm for this type of hotel
Ideal place to stay to watch the Paris Masters which is a 10 minute walk away. Friendly staff and good value for money.
Not the greatest selection of TV channels. Apart from that can't really complain!
The hotel is easily accessible by metro to and from the center of Paris and Versailles and reasonably priced. Bercy village at night was a good choice for going out in the evening. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable.
The bedroom and shower room were fairly small but as we only needed a clean and comfortable place to sleep it was fine.
The place is quiet with nice neighborhood. The hotel is close to the underground.
Very small bathroom, you have to stand still in the shower room, very limited space to move. The hair dryer's put in the wrong place! The handle gets hot even faster than the blower itself!
Price/quality Near park and restaurants in Bercy Village (200m) Parking
High Risk for empty buffet @breakfast. Lot's of groups stay in the hotel. Buffet is empty in no time. No (time for?) refills. When using parking : you better do not have a big car
On automated metro line so not affected by frequent metro strikes.
room was comfortable and very clean enough room but not alot
a bit out of the way but Metro was handy so many hotels on tour that I get confused, but I do like a mini fridge in the room
Close to metro 14 Bercy village which is close to the hotel is a nice place for food and drinking
Rooms are small as all the hotels in Paris
i tried booking only to be told no rooms but 2mins later i could do it online
The location was perfect! Bercy village is right down the street which includes stores, restaurants, a quiet park & the metro. The hotel staff spoke perfect english, they were so very kind & helpful. Will certainly be returning in the future!
Not enough hangers...
I am very satisfied for the bed.
