The location is excellent for all sightseeing. Bus outside the door and the metro round the corner. So easy to access all the major attractions. Breakfast menu excellent.
Wifi was horrible and breakfast wasn't much.
Not a big deal but the wifi signal in our room was not so great but usually in the past we have not had any problems.
We are usually in Paris at least twice a year and try to stay at the Kyriad. The location is great, room is always clean and simple as it has everything you need. Parking is secure and there is usually a spot.
Everything. This hotel is a really good choice. Quiet location but only 5 mins walk from metro line 14. South west of the city centre but within metro zone 3. Good breakfast too.
room too small, WiFi poor
They did not have a adapter and as I'm from London I desperately needed it. They should have included the breakfast in that value.
I liked cleanliness.
The room is so small that it was not easy to turn around. The key of the room doesn't work often.
Good location and good staff!
No air conditioner No good connection of wifi
there was no room service, with 150 Eur per night i expected room service.
the night that everyone was back to the hotel (21:00-22:00) the wifi was very slow and with many disconnections.hardly could open a page. the morning was very fast and stable but the night wifi was problem.
the location is perfect, the breakfast is very good with lot of options, the room is very clean and the bed is comfortable. i would choose this hotel again for my stay. im very satisfied.
None at all
Breakfast was excellent, subway was near
The shower was to small i couldnt reach to wash my feet and if i dropped the soap it was so difficult to reach it. Also the water would go very hot without warning and burn you which is difficult to move away as the cubical is so small. P.S. i am slim but 6ft 5inches tall
The location was good for Bercy Village
I am satisfied with everything.
Staff very helpful
Small but very efficiently designed room
Staff of front desk was not that kind. He did not answer my question and I don't know why. And when I was in my room, one staff who did clean room just went my room without knock or belling. At that time I was middle of shower so I was very embrassed.
We are a family 2 adults with 3 children under 12 years, we reserved one room as per condition statement (All children under 18 years are free. unfortunately they insists to charge us for 2 rooms instead of 1 (I paid double the budget money)
Bar/restaurant was closed
Bercy village was nice and had a few nice places to eat. The hotel was in a convienient location right next to cour saint emillion metro station. The staff were friendly, the room was small but comfortable and had everything we needed. The only downfall to our stay was that the bar/restaurant was closed for our 2 nights there. But overall I was quite happy
If i book on line, I do not need to be told on arrival that the room costs more, just because I asked if the car park was included. It was like they were telling me that i should be grateful and to not expect anything else included. If you put the prices on line cheaper, deal with it !!!!
nothing i can think of..
Everything was as described in the hotel's website..
The size of the room rather on the small side, but big enough to survive a couple of days without getting claustrophobia.
Although slightly out of the city center, still very well communicated place with easy access to the CDG airport and turistic attractions. Bercy Village shopping centre within short walk distance
They are not flexible to help to change currency. or accept US dollars, no house keeping available, All TV channels are French. no other languages. internet is very slow
Close to Metro
1.Breakfast is over priced. 2.Wifi did not work (Free so no $$ lost on my part) 3.Room is tiny. You pay for the location i.e. two people cannot stand shoulder to shoulder from the foot of the bed to the wall. 4.If you're obese do not stay here, the bath stall is also very very tiny, even as a regular sized person it was difficult to move without hitting the shower walls. **PARKING** Parking is provided and located next door & underground. The acess stairs are dimly lit and tight; An exercise in Darwnism. Only the strong will survive. TIP: Drop off luggage in the hotel before attempting to park. If you drive anything larger than a Toyta Yaris do not park here!!! TOO MUCH INFO: I drive a Dodge Caravan And had to fold in the mirrors to pull in into the garage. It was a miricale I did not scrape and hit every vehicle in there. Anything larger than a small compact car should not consider parking. Two cars can fit along side each other; so long as you're ok with exiting you're vehicle through your trunk. Also if you stayed during the New Years 2015 I was the red van who took two spots, sorry.
1. 2 minute walk from Metro 2. Kettle in room with tea and coffee provided. 3.Rooms were clean and nicely furnished. 4.The small space is utilized efficiently enough, some hanging storage is available as well as a desk. And a safe. 5.Next to various restaurants and a Grocery store, bakery & pharmacy is also down the street. 6.The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful 7.**Parking available** read cons Even with my "cons" I would absolutely stay here again.
Rooms were a bit cramped for doubles considering there was also a baby in the group. There was not enough space for buggy in the room. Fortunately, there were 5 adults booked into 3 double rooms, so the buggy was parked in the room with the single person. The Wi-Fi did not work. Would have liked for parking to be free or at reduced rate.
Easy access to Metro. Plenty of eating places in Bercy village. Staff were very friendly. The hotel and rooms were clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast was also good with nice selection.
Room doors were too noisy. When other room doors were closed without care, we woke up multiple times.
