・治安がいい ・駅から徒歩2分 ・日本語を話せるスタッフがいた ・部屋がきれい ・周辺に多くのレストランがある

It was a clean and comfortable hotel which was near the Gare Bercy and several restaurants. It was further from the Gare de Lyon than I would have cared but still within a long walking distance. The room was small but very functional, as well as bright. I'd stay there again.

Good location, short walking distance from metro

Everything! Rated as 3* but in fact an average 2*: very small room with minimum service: No safe in the room, no laundry service, staff with some sort of'careless attitude (not to mention the way one in particular answers back to guests!), in-room WiFi Internet works badly (an average of 6 minutes on / 4 minutes off), etc., etc. First time and last time I stay in a Kyriad hotel.

There are some many nice restaurants and shops in the Bercy Village, which is I ly one minute walk from the hotel. The hotel room is not that big, but clean and comfort. Car parking at the hotel is fair price and indoor parking .

It was a clean, pleasant hotel, staff were friendly and helpful, easy access to the tube and close to restaurants and shops, i would stay there again.

The bathroom smelled bad. After a shower it was all right again. But when I entered the room it was not a nice income.

Breakfast was poor value for money

The hotel staff was very polite and helpful. Specially the guy from Mauritius (sorry dont know his name) was very helpful indeed and helped us plan some of the tours. The location of the hotel is very nice and allows you to relax after a long grinding day of sightseeing and being mesmerized by Paris. The hotel opens up to Bercy Village, which is a very nice place. Please remember to take the Metro Link of St Emilion, rather than Bercy which we took to walk upto the hotel. The place

Well the room was a dissapoitnment, not with regards to the quality of furnishings or the comfort, but with regards to the size. It was hopelessly small (10 footsteps by 6 footsteps) , flying from a continent away, we had 2 big bags which could hardly fit in the room. It was very very small and we were told these were deluxe rooms. Please double check the luggage you are bringing once you are checking in here. Rest is fine.

The nearby Bercy center is a nice spot to have a drink at night, if you dont fancy going to the city center

The staff was the worst I've seen- not responsive nor caring about our needs. There was only 1 towel in the room and no way for us to get a second one...I Had to go to the cleaning lady and get one myself (after I waited for 30 min) It was supposed to be free internet but connection was extremely poor and hardly worked. For the price we paid it's definitively not worth.

No breakfast in the price, few places in the restaurant at breakfast time

Very good location near to the metro station (one minute). Good relation to the price (taking into account conditions of Paris). Clean room, nice district
