location- many restaturants nearby and easy acess to the Metero.

Location is in the bercy village and very near to cour saint Emilion metro station

No one to help carry luggage to room, not as luxurious as value spent for money

Clean and nice near the subway station. Safy is the first priority

It's a good option if you plan to stay near Gare de Lion, or near Bercy stadium. Goog breakfast.

The room is very small even for Paris and the shower is tiny. For the price I pay I expect better

The proximity to Bercy Village and to the Gare de Bercy. The hotel staff was also very helpful.

The breakfast was over priced for the quality so we were glad that we opted out. Otherwise it was a nice experience.

Good location in a nice area of Paris for a good rate. Room was clean if a little small but it was fine for 1 person. Breakfast was very busy as there was a number of tour buses staying at the hotel. Parking is right at the hotel and very secure.

Male receptionist wasn't very helpful. Basically gave us a map and that's it. When we asked about nearest subway station he said on the right and left 5 mins. Didn't give us any direction which way to go when we come out from the hotel. Also his attitude when we asked questions was like he was being punished and he's got to sit in the reception. Breakfast quite poor for the price you pay, we got there quite early and hot food (only sausages and scrambled eggs) wasn't even there any more and nobody was refilling it.

Easy approach to the central Paris, clean and very safe to stay in this hotel. I recommend here to the trevelers who want to stay safely with resoanable price.

When the doors are closed or opened, there is a big noises. It can makes people very stressful.

i have stayed at the kyriad many times as it is in easy walking distance to the bercy music venue.

The staff was extremely helpful, especially for a person like myself who does not speak French but who wanted to stay in an area that does not necessarily attract tourists.

It was very crowded at breakfast, but the hotel was popular and the breakfast was good

The hotel staff were most helpful even though we arrived early, The rooms are small but adequate. The place was clean and wheelchair friendly, which is important to us as one of our travelling companions is in a wheelchair.

The location is a bit away from Paris central and not really that much around the area for tourists.

The staff gave excellent help when needed. Quick to answer questions, and gave me great services in English without a problem. The staff never seemed confused about any aspect of the hotel and gave great instruction on how to get around the city for a cheap price. I also left an item of high importance in the hotel room. They located the item, when I called to check if it was found they offered to ship it to as soon as possible. I will stay here again!

The breakfast was expensive for watery powder eggs and hard link sausage. I expected a lot more for 12€ a plate. This has to change!

Very close to the Metro (~100m to Court St Emillion), decent size room.

It was a clean and comfortable hotel which was near the Gare Bercy and several restaurants. It was further from the Gare de Lyon than I would have cared but still within a long walking distance. The room was small but very functional, as well as bright. I'd stay there again.

Easy to get to. Line 14 is very quick and easy to access from the city centre (Chatelet). Room is clean and has all you need for city break.

Everything! Rated as 3* but in fact an average 2*: very small room with minimum service: No safe in the room, no laundry service, staff with some sort of'careless attitude (not to mention the way one in particular answers back to guests!), in-room WiFi Internet works badly (an average of 6 minutes on / 4 minutes off), etc., etc. First time and last time I stay in a Kyriad hotel.

It's a comfortable hotel, nice staff, clean room! And near public transport!! The important thing are free wi-fi and boiler provided!! I will stay here again if I visit Paris again!!!

There are some many nice restaurants and shops in the Bercy Village, which is I ly one minute walk from the hotel. The hotel room is not that big, but clean and comfort. Car parking at the hotel is fair price and indoor parking .

The hotel is well located for transport and restaurants. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The room was well appointed and very clean.

The room was a liitle short on storage space for clothes/suitcases.
