location near the metro station. friendly staff and helpful
Excellent reception staff. Nice restaurant too,
Hotel is selling bedroom for 3 people however the single bed is under the double bed and you need to pull in/out every time you use. Also, as the biggest room they have is for disabled people, my husband and a friend fall down in the bath (there is a step inside and no signs of it all to warn us). You couldn't even stand up to take a shower. I had to ask to move to the classic double bed which was much better. Just cleaning was not very good. Location is also not very good, tube crowded even on Saturday morning. A lot of refurbishment in the area making a very ugly place to be walking around. I would not recommend this hotel.
Very close to the metro and RER, Comfortable beds, we slept well, Friendly staff
Rooms extremely small, barely move along the beds - In a room for 2 people, place to store a single luggage, the other I put it on the table!!! In the bathroom there was no toilet brush, I asked one to the maid and she suggested we buy from the supermarket, because she can not give one to us !!!
The hotel is a bit far from the center of the city.
Location, friendly personnel, price.
I loved the location, it was right next to the Metro station and made travel really easy. Very close to good restaurants & convenience stores. The room was very comfortable and quite big for the price and the staff were lovely. We really enjoyed the hotel, we felt safe and secure while staying there
The little things were there was construction in front of the building which was a little inconvenient but it wasn't such a big deal and we had to leave quite sizeable deposits for adaptor plugs and irons which was a bit annoying. However, the biggest inconvenience was the TV only had two English channels (News channels) and on the second day they stopped working entirely, also the WiFi dropped out intermittently.
The bed. The soundproofing The towels Despite being on the outskirts, it was a pleasant (and easy) walk to the city. If it rains, right beside metro
The one paper cup for coffee!! The 3 mites. The public toilet style toilet roll. Room and bathroom very small, a pit since it was a 'superior' room
Breakfast was a bit rushed and when down in time for breakfast the things were cleared away
Great accomodation, bed and shower. Staff very attentive, helpfull and friendly. Comfortable and clean. Wi-fi worked all the time. The neighborhood it's ok, a little far from main Paris attractions but the metro station is on the door.
Breakfast is not included in the rate and it is expensive, but the quality is great.
Located close to train station , resteraunt was good value and good food . Staff were helpful .
Had disabled room ,not required or requested shower / bath was very dangerous . Ended up slipping and falling .
- doesn;t offer a 3 star hotel conditions; - they are building something next to the hotel and there is loud noise all the time; - WiFi doesn't work when you need it; it works only in the morning when nobody is using it :); I called the hotel reception but they say they don't know how to solve the probleme. - bathroom doesn't have a floor drain; - is too far from the city center and the metro has some problemes from time to time.
Nice place, near to metro station and trem station. Nice staff, the place is confortable with good bedroom. For sure I recomend the hotel.
all was good
location is good ,staff's very helpful and friendly.
Breakfast not include .
Staff was friendly and helpful.
there was a construction project going on across from the hotel. So, at 5:00 AM the crew began to make noise. Also, the room was stuffy and because of the time of year I could only get heat and no AC. The hallways also had a bad odor.
The hotel restaurant was overpriced for the quality of food that was served
Rer and metro nearby, wifi, service
Quite poor breakfast, TV remote without batteries, construction all around
Comfy beds Free luggage storage proximity to RER and Metro
Rude staff Dirty dated bathrooms lots of building work near by and on a very busy intersection
Near to metro which was good, used the hotel shuttle to airport as it was early morning really lovely helpful chap not to expensive. Hotel staff were helpful and pleasant.beds were comforty its quiter on the back of hotel front is on main road.
Aircon wasn't brilliant and a bit noisey.hotel is on main road so try booking room on the back, but this didn't bother us...just if your a light sleeper
the young team of staff were very helpful and friendly - I have visited Paris before (not at Tim Hotel) and was not impressed with the attitude of the staff so this was a welcome surprise.
It was close to Moulin Rouge. It was also close to get on the motorway to head to CDG airport. It had secure parking. We were able to walk to shopping area and Galleries La Fayette albeit a bit of a long walk.
Although only a couple of Km's from Moulin Rouge, the taxi fair was really expensive. We walked home but the area is a bit rough. The restaurant food was terrible! I had the buffet and although it looked nice, the taste was terrible.
Apparently, inadequate staffing reflected greatly on restaurant and bar service, which was erratic and mostly indifferent. Although the quality of the evening food was good, the breakfast was very poor. There was hardly anything left at 9am, no place settings, nor cutlery/crockery available. Breakfast was advertised as available until 9:30am
Good location, very close to the subway and RER. Room was comfortable and clean, although in need of a renovation. Staff was kind and helpful.
Breakfast was disappointing. Waiting staff at the breakfast could be kinder.
The hotel was overbooked and we had to wait for more than an hour to be transferred to another hotel at midnight after a long travel from abroad. The issue was not solved beforehand although we had previously contacted the hotel about our arrival time and we had paid the whole amount before arrival. Such amateurism is unacceptable for this kind of hotel.
Cooked breakfast was cold
