Our purpose for staying here was not only to see Paris for the first time but to see Beyoncė in concert. Staff were incredibly helpful showing how to get around. Room was very comfortable although I would hVe liked it slightly bigger, it was still lovely, serviced everyday.
The staff on the night shift could sometimes come across lazy. For example - we rang reception on a few occasions to ask for something, they said they didn't have it, we would ring back and get someone else and they would bring it straight up. This could have just been a certain member of staff as appose to the overall staff doing night shifts.
Location close to mestro station
dirty sheet and moquette, crumbling bathroom with broken toilet. Terrible room. The hotel was very noisy.
location and outside surroundings
Location except that it is virtually on a building site at the moment with redevelopment and roadworks ongoing. Right next to the Metro though. Parking at the hotel is easy and although €22 we kept it there for most of the day following our checking out. Staff were very helpful.
Noise of trains at night. Small room for three people( 1adult and 2 children). Toilet was in a filthy state but when we complained it was sorted out quickly.
-location close to subway station -nice shower -staff were helpful in answering questions -luggage storage after our stay -beds were comfortable
-room was small for three people -air doesn't circulate well in the room so it was stuffy -Wi-Fi really only works in the lobby -Breakfast was expensive so we skipped it
Poor Service, Dirty Rooms, Dirty Towels and bathroom, Air Conditioner did not work. I asked to be fixed, but nothing was done. Safe did not work and TV Remote had low batteries.
Close to metro
Convenient to get into Paris. Found some friendly cafés and restaurants around. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Not the best of areas. We were there two weeks, no facilities such as fridge/mini bar, tea/coffee making facilities very basic not always topped up or replaced Nowhere to relax in hotel or on terrace for drinks/coffee unless the bar or restaurant was open. There was a coffee vending machine. Basic
Very friendly staff. Value for money. Always clean.
Location is little bit far from city but near to Metro. couple of bottles of water could be maintained in the room.
When we arrived the staff were able to give us a tourist map and explain how to get to the locations and suggest other interesting places to see and do in Paris. They were very helpful through every dealing with them and were more than happy to print off our Moulin Rouge tickets. The subway was only across the road and the area was not too touristy with lots of little local eateries etc.
The room was very small for three people and the wifi really only worked in the foyer - occasionally worked in the room but not often.
The room was not big, but clean and comfortable. Kettle and refilled daily coffee and tea were a nice touch. Service was very friendly and very professional. These people are ready at any time to solve any problems. The location is very good, to get to the metro and RER enough to cross the street. I highly recommend this place.
The hotel was very close to the metro which makes it very convenient. It also had a restaurant if you don't want to venture out to find something to eat. The beds were comfortable. It was an adequate hotel.
The air conditioning was non-existent--at least to the standard that we have it in America, but at least the windows could open and the weather wasn't too bad. The bathroom could have been a little cleaner. A little bleach would have gone a long way. Most of the staff were friendly, however, there was one woman who was very abrupt and played into the stereotypical arrogant Parisian. I thought it was personal, initially, but realised she spoke to everyone that way.
Staff were very good
No ironing equipment, bar or fridge.
A bit out of the city but easy to get to on the metro. Staff were always helpful and spoke good English if your French isn't up to much. Room was clean and bed comfortable.
Loads of building and roadworks in the area which are unlikely to finish soon. Get a room at the back of the hotel as it is quieter. Our room was a double with an extra pull out bed. To fit the single bed in we had to push the double against the wall, move the cabinet under the fixed desk and store the chairs on the wardrobe!! Room very very small. Bathroom was clean apart from mouldy sections on the wallpaper above the bath/shower.
the room for two adults and a child of 10 years is awfully small, the bed very short. no extra room for moving at all.
Hotel was clean and located next to metro station. Breakfast was nice.
Rooms would need some renovation, a bit old fashioned and cheramics in shower were a bit broken. Wi-Fi didn't work properly all the time.
Room too small.
Staff service was excellent. Location close to Metro.
No lift to the car park. Remember to get heavy luggage out before you park.
near M- and RER-sation
expensive garage without lift no staff to help with the baggage:answer of the reception "We don't have such a service."
The open air restaurant
The room was very small. Though they took a booking for a couple with child the room was not made to accommodate 3 persons
Restaurant in the hotel is definitely a plus, nice choice of a buffet for breakfast & dinner and the staff is great.
1. Our room was too small for 2 adults + an 11 yr. old, we could not move around the room literally. 2. I'm not sure if the management at the hotel understands the importance of a solid internet connection for a traveler. The connection slows down, get interrupted sometime for hours. For us it was annoying and extremely disruptive since we use it to research places we are visiting, get e tickets for travels & entrance to museums and all... Please realize it's no longer a luxury but a must tool for travelers. Hopefully the management at TimHotel will make these issues their top priorities and remedy to these serious weaknesses.
Location, facilities, car park, price and staff. Good base if you drive to Paris but do not want to take the car into the city. The Porte de Clichy metro station is right across from the hotel.
Staff was very helpful and friendly. Very impressed with staff, cleanliness, and overall quality of hotel. Used "points"'at Hyatt Regency Etoile for two nights and then came here for cost savings...liked Timhotel much more than more expensive Hyatt!
Can't complain about anything, really. Had problems with wifi but staff so accommodating and willing to help that it negated the issue! Thank you for a lovely stay!
Clean, tidy and very good value. As there is a Metro station across the street, the hotel is in an ideal location for visiting the Stade de France or central Paris.
Lovely staff. Quiet room. Basic accomodation but clean and comfortable. Fast Wi-Fi available in rooms.
Although it is a bit far out, it is close to the train stations which make exploring the city quiet easy.
