Bien situado, me permitieron aparcar en la puerta en las plazas reservadas para el Hotel, aunque sólo caben 3 coches. El personal muy amable. Limpio, buena relación calidad / precio

Cierran el hotel a las 00.00 La primera noche tuve que llamar durante 15 minutos a la puerta. La segunda me encontré la puerta abierta. El Wifi no llega bien a la habitación.

Relación calidad precio. Precio excesivo.

El ambiente familiar

Las habitaciones para 4 personas son muy estrechas e incomodas y la relacion calidad/precio de las habitaciones es muy mala.

Solamente su ubicacion bastante centrico

En primer lugar no tenia ascensor, lo cual ya me parece lamentable. La habitacion era pequeña para cuatro personas y no pudimos utilizar los armarios. Realmente no parecia un hotel.

Lo mejor es que se encuentra a 5 min andando del centro, y a 1min del tram. Es un barrio tranquilo. Limpieza y habitaciones correctas a un precio razonable.

aconsejo evitar el desayuno y disfrutar en una panadería del barrio de cafe con croissants :))

Located near to GareNice Ville and Gare Chemin de Fer Provence. Access to both stations was important to us.

Wifi did not work for us on floor 2. Management did agree to move us to floor 1, where it worked better. There is no lift. Noise from room above. I recommend this hotel for its rail access or short stays only.

A few negatives but nothing major - Plastic mattress protector a bit uncomfortable on bed, wireless Internet only available near reception not in our room, only one power point in the room and difficult to access. Breakfast more than disappointing so glad we only had it once.

The lobby and breakfast room area of the hotel were updated and clean. The staff member on duty when we arrived was polite, helpful and spoke english. The hotel was located within an easy walk from the train station which is what I wanted. The neighborhood seemed to be mostly residential. The room and bathroom were clean. The room had air conditioing. The breakfast cost an additional 6 euros. It included orange juice, about 1 1/2 large cups of coffee, a large croisant, and about 1/2 of a full size bagette, as well as butter and jams. It was filling and seemed reasonable for the cost. The decor of the room was updated.

The room and bathroom were extremely small! The room appeared to normally have three beds and an extra had been added since we were four adults. In order to have any room at all around the perimeter, all four beds had to be pushed together such that only the two people on the ends could get out of bed without having to limb over people. The space that remained at the foots of the beds was not sufficient for two people to pass each other. The wasn't even enough floor psace left for the luggage. The bathroom was even smaller! Your arms brushed against the toilet paper holder on one side and the shower door on the other as you sat down and got up from the toilet. The opening created by sliding to the halves of each shower door back was literally barely large enough for me to pass through. The WiFi worked fine.

The staff were very friendly. They were helping with our french and gave us straw matts for the beach. They also gave us an extension lead when on of our plug sockets stopped working. They were also very accomodating with out luggage and held it for us after we had checked out so we could spend the day by the beach. They couldnt do enough. Extremely good value for money. We got a very clean room, albeit a little small. The shower was new and powerful. While the hotel was a 20 min walk from the beach, there is a tram line at the end of the road with trams coming every few minutes.

Nothing, great value for money

The staff represents most likely the friendliest French I have ever met! For city-travellers this hotel is highly recommended!!

I wouldn't put it as negative, but I think it is important to know that the rooms are really tight for families with children. You have to squeeze a bit, but it works :-)

The staff were amazing, we were put in a gorgeous double room with a cute little balcony... Really good location for everything, including train station and 15 min walk to beach. Bathroom cleaned daily and staff on reception so helpful with every query. Breakfast was nice but consists only of croissant, bread and butter and jam, orange juice and tea, hot chocolate or coffee... good for one day but wouldn't get it every day. Overall lovely place would definitely stay here again value for money!

Good location by the train station and tram stop. Fridge, air conditioning, internet - all OK.

Not all of the staff spoke English. We did not get clean towels everyday. Third floor room with no elevator. A bit of traffic noise.

They did not change the towels though I told the manager 2 times to change them, then on third day the woman began to fight with me that could've been told her first...

The location, a 10 minute walk from the Nice Ville train station, is very convenient. The hotel is attractive, nicely maintained and situated on a charming street. Nice's museums (including the Chagall Museum) and the Old Town are reasonable 20-25 minute walks. The rooms were clean and relatively spacious, although spartan in their appointments. The free wifi was nice, but limited in range. All in all, a nice value.

The initial room we were assigned had sheets that smelled like smoke (it's a non-smoking hotel, although some guests clearly were smoking in their rooms). The staff somewhat grudgingly made the situation right by giving us another room. But they failed to inform us that we needed to order our breakfast the night before - which was an unwelcome surprise the next morning. All in all a nice value, but don't expect the staff to wow you.
