The reception guy was very friendly and helpful.He made us feel special as gusts , he tuck care of us and he tried to find a solution when we complained about a strange smell, he cared about us and we`ve been very happy with it.Also the rooms where very nice, the beds very comfortable and what I most liked at this hotel was the GORGEOUS VIEW FROM THE WINDOW to Eiffel Tower.I would recommend it !

It was to lovely to bring on critics, but maybe it can help them.They can improve a bit the cleaning standard like dust in the room and shower cube (glass).Our room was a bit small but for us was fine, the design and view made up everything.

Long way by foot to the train 15min, no near metro station. It takes 15 min to the train than waiting for train 5 min and trip by train 11 min to get to metro 15min+5min+11min to get to metro

Too noisy, NO sound insulation (though my phone was on vibrate mode actually it was the phone vibrating in a room on the next floor!!), roommaid talking on the phone in the corridor forever in the morning...TOO NOISY! Too bad because last year we had a good experience at the Kyriad in St Malo.

You could see the Eiffel Tower right out if the window which was beautiful at night, the staff were more than helpful, overall a very pleasant stay

It was a bit further out of the centre than I anticipated but still not too expensive for a taxi and the tube was only about a 15 minute walk

Great staff and relaxed atmosphere

I asked the reception desk to order a taxi 30 minutes before leaving, and the taxi rate started at 15.80€ I was shocked. The reception desk did not mention this, and I assume they use this taxi service regularly. I could have walked down the street with the taxi rate starting at 2.40€ I never heard of this. In Germany, one can order a taxi the day before and there is no crazy beginning rates. It is the basic rate. This is my only complaint. I have stayed at this hotel four times with great satisfaction.

Fairly modern, clean and efficient Paris hotel with a view to the (distant) Eiffel Tower. Friendly and helpful staff. A little hard to find!

The hotel was comparatively cheap for a late booking and being in the neighborhood of La Défense. There was free internet, and the room was quite ok.

It is quite close to La Défense, but not very (expect 20-30 min walk, depending on where you need to be).

Le quartier

Lits collés sur roulette . Insonorisation médiocre. Femme de ménage qui essaye plusieurs fois de rentrées dans la chambre

Tout l'ensemble le parquet noir et le petit déjeuner

Le lit double on pensait que c'était un Grand lit et non c'est dommage à part ceci rien à dire.

Venus pour passer deux jours à la Défense, l'hôtel Kyriad est du coup idéalement placé. Le bus est à quelques centaines de mètres pour se rendre directement au coeur du quartier, sans avoir besoin de prendre la voiture qu'on avait réussi à garer dans la rue à proximité (gratuit le samedi et dimanche). La chambre, au premier étage, était relativement petite mais bien conçue, et très propre.... Avec vue sur la Tour Eiffel ! Nous étions côté rue (calme), mais aucun bruit désagréable quand la fenêtre est fermée. Salle de bain avec baignoire, rien à dire. Accueil très sympathique et personnel à la réception disponible 24/24. Pas testé le petit-déjeuner. 63 euros pour une prestation comme celle-ci, liant confort et propreté, c'est assez rare pour être souligné.

Personnellement, pas grand chose de négatif. Mais il vaut mieux bien faire attention à la localisation de l'hôtel lors de la réservation. Pas de métro ou rer aux environs proches. L'accès à Paris se fera en voiture. Les bruits des salles de bains attenantes à la chambre sont assez présents.

je réserve cet hôtel plusieurs fois par an car ma soeur habite à côté. le personnel est très sympathique.

Les chambres étaient disponibles dès 14h et disposaient de quoi faire du thé.

Difficile à trouver, pas l'hôel, non... le point négatif
