Location was fantastic, everything was close by, metro stations around the corner. Rooms were small but nice and clean.

Looks like the hotel was renovated not long ago under a 'minimalist' concept, which looks good but is not practical at all, they have no places in the room to put anything!! there is a mini wardrobe where you can only fit two things, and that's it... There are some complementary things like tea and instant coffee in the rooms but they kept forgetting to replace what was gone, and it was a drama to ask for replacements! annoying.

The beds were amazingly comfortable. The decor of the hotel is quite chic and contemporary. Loved the location in Saint Germaine.

Location near Metro was convenient. Restaurant with good choices and fair prices, convenient.

No security Lach (Broken).Broken comode seat, broken room key (access to lights), broken top knob to shower. Failure of staff to care about these items, although mentioned within minutes of checking in, and we stayed 2 nights.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was perfect for a city break weekend away. The Saint Placide metro is a few minutes walk away, or you could do the 20-30min walk into central Paris. Lots of shops and cafes nearby. Highly recommended.

I loved this hotel. Staff were great. It was right beside the metro. You could get the nicest Crepes just across the road!!

The location was just off the mainroad, very close to the underground, quite comfortable, so no issues there.

Some of the staff could be more helpful, and they should fix their lifts so the housekeeping staff don't keep the lifts for more than 10 minutes while cleaning.

The people were not nice. If you are from America I don't suggest staying at this hotel. Room was nice. Had a maintenance problem and was ignored and treated rude. I will never stay at this place again.

Hotel staffed failed to tell us we were getting charged waiting time on taxis booked via the hotel - assume this is a scam between hotel and taxi where they overcharge tourists. Would hail a taxi in the street in future.

Location: very close to St Placide METRO station.

-Poor design of bathrooms. When you take a shower the water flows into the room entrance. So, during the day, when you come in and out of the room you need to avoid the puddles of water. The Staff indicated that this happens with most bathrooms in the hotel. In order to address this, the Staff recommends you put towels in the shower to avoid the leakage from spreading out. Another complaint: room rate is too expensive.

1. The staff was a little cheap, when asked for sugar, they give you one sachet, same goes for tissue papers. 2. Breakfast was below average, not many choices for hot meals.

Staff very helpful to amend booking when colleague could not travel because of illness. Much appreciated.

The modern decor, generous room size and great location are all a credit to the hotel.

Twice we had housekeeping come into our room in the afternoon after the room had been leaned.

Location is perfect with a Metro station very near and in a quiet and elegant neighbourhood. Staff were very helpful. Nice and clean rooms. Free wifi in the rooms working excellent. I would definitely come back again.

It would be helpful to have some more space in the rooms where to keep the clothes. That would be my only complaint.

The hotel was in an excellent location almost next to the Metro. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and very comfortable with a nice bar and breakfast areas. The rooms were a good size and the bathroom was very nice.

Our room card expired before our visit was at an end. After a long day out it is frustrating to have to get this sorted out.
