The staff were helpful and the hotel was clean. There was wired internet in the room, which you can use at the slowest speed for free.

Despite being described as having a restaurant and room service, the restaurant only served 2 pizzas and room service was a myth. The bathroom had a strange feature of a large window (the full width of the bathroom) which looked into the room, so you could see everything. There is a blind you can close but this is also almost entirely transparent. Now, as much as any man I wouldn't mind taking a look at my girlfriend having a shower, but I have to say I don't particularly want to see her take a dump.

The Hotel is conveniently located across the road from saint palicide underground which connects directly with gare du nord for eurostar. There are plenty of bars and carfe nearby but the hotel is tucked on the edge of a quieter road so no noise from outside. We walked fromthe Hotel to Eiffel Tower, arc de triumphe, Louvre and Notre dame (45 min walk or thereabouts) loads of nice shops to go into, would have missed lots we had used the metro. Bought a two day ticket for the tour bus a ten minute walk from the hotel towards the tall c&a building. Room was a good size with safe but very quiet,,helpful reception staff. The lift was very fast and plenty big enough

The heating system in the room was noisy, a constant drone, did not stop from sleeping, bit like being on an aircraft.....

Boli sme veľmi spokojní a určite využijeme služby hotela aj pri ďalšej návšteve Paríža. Personál bol veľmi ústretový a príjemný. Ubytovanie a služby zodpovedali menu a kategórii hotela. Ďakujeme :)

It was my second time I have stayed in this hotel. Design is truly amazing. Size of the room is according to the price paid. Location is just perfect. I loved evrth about this hotel and I definitely would recommend it to all my friends.

Wi-Fi doesn't exist in rooms. Only lan. I always travel with IPad , and can pay for wi-fi. But when I need to go to lobby every time I need to reply to email it's a bit disturbing.

Location. Very nice bar and very comfortable to meet people for business. Coffee in the room. No late checkout (Saturday) and the checkout process took too long.

The Room was not very clean. There was a bad smell in the room, basically like mold. No wifi in the rooms (!) only at the lobby. Lake of bath equipment. The elevator is shaking, and I almost had heart attack the first time I took it.

Very pleased with room and bathroom.Well situated for Metro and access to shops and cafes/restaurants/bars.

Although restaurant on site no evening meal facilities.Breakfast standard could have been much better with wider choice.Some reception staff somewhat disinterested.

The Hotel was excellent with very helpful staff. The room was very good, clean and comfortable with excellent bathroom facilities. The deal we got represented good value for money.

Bedroom lighting could have been brighter.

Perfect location, personnel very friendly and responsive, The size of the rooms (which is otherwise an issue in Paris in hotel of same standard). Fancy Design of rooms, newly furnished and renovated, cleaness. Price was also fair, we got a decent deal through booking.

The rooms are a bit dark. There are 3 lamps, but all of them are more designed to create ambiance, then to "light up".

across the street from Metro station. Rooms was contemporary with a very nice shower/bath.

No wifi in rooms. Wireless Internet is available only in the lobby which is strange when you get free wifi these days even in cheap Hostels and Holiday Inn did not even have the wireless network set up. I could only take Service elevator down to the lobby as Elevator buttons were all stuck/not working on my 3rd floor.

Comfort of bed and pillows.

The room Size. Breakfast was poor.
