The professional attitude of the staff, the convenient location,

The rooms are quite big (for Paris). The kitchen has almost everything one might need staying there for a few days.

The corridors are really awful, it seemed they haven't been renovated for 50 years.

Location was fantastic -2minute walk to metro station & close to restaurants. Not in middle of Paris - good for us. Had comfortable beds & a kitchen -we cooked breakfast & a dinner when we were exhausted & needed a break.

Though it has a kitchen, and is designed for a family, it has no table where four people can sit and eat (e.g. for breakfast).

The room was very clean. All the kitchen items were adequately present. The aparthotel staff were very courteous and helpful. The aparthotel was close to the bus stand, tram station and Metro. Commuting was very easy.

The wifi strength was very poor in our room. However, the strength was fine at the reception area.

The service is awful. There is no hair dryer, and we ask the server to send it to us for 3 times. Also, there is only one heat in the room which means it is pretty cold in it.

I liked the fact that we received an almost fully furnished studio with a complete set of pots, pans, knives and other accessories. The quality of the room was good and we felt very comfortable. The size of the studio was also very large. We felt like we were at home. Good location and very close to metro station. Very close to stores and cafes. Great black out blinds for a really dark room. The kitchen had a great dishwasher and dish-washing detergent was included in the room for free. When we ran out we received more for no additional cost. The employees at the Hotel spoke English and always with a smile. They had maps and were always helpful in giving us helpful tips on how or where to go.

The sheets were not changed at all in the price. We received clean sheets at the beginning of our stay and that was it. Halfway through the stay of course we we offered to change our towels, which was nice. The staff stated that the sheets would be changed once every seven days... I had a stay for seven nights, so it was ridiculous especially since I spilled a bit of coffee on my sheets and had to sleep in it for a couple of days. I also didn't like the fact that the only two English speaking channels were Euro news and BBC. BBC channel was fuzzy and could not be fixed. The free internet wifi in the evening was constantly offline, because too many people at once tried to log on to the free wifi connection. The Hotel management has to every once and a while reset the server so that the internet connection works again. They didn't seem at all interested in fixing this problem and were perfectly fine with this service not being 100%, That was a really irritating thing to deal with especially when I came home and wanted to log on to the wifi and upload some photos to Facebook and asked the staff to reset the computer in the back room. Sometimes they knew how to reset the server and sometimes they didn't know how to reset it... urgh! The bed had decorative pillows. I sat down on the bed to relax after having an exhausting trip into Paris and was revolted with the smell of these decorative pillows. It smelt like the old sweat in an old hat, which hasn't been washed by the old man wearing it for years, and I had accidentally put that hat on my head and smelt the smell. Revolting, decorative pillows, which the cleaners would ignore for years, because why should you wash decorative pillows? It is decorative and no one uses them right? I didn't have the energy to deal with this so I chucked the pillows under the bed and left them for the next victim of the cleaning ladies lack of motivation to clean the entire room properly.

Apartment set up - offered 2 single beds, in a part of the room that could be closed off, and a sofa bed.Many similar only offer 2 doubles.

Big room with small kitchen, 5 minutes walk to metro station, a lot of restaurants around, Arabic restaurant with Halal meat, two big supermarkets and bakery shop 5 minutes walk.

No hair dryer in the room you could borrow it from the reception but not available all the time. The flooring did not have carpet you need to take couple of sandals with you. The rooms are not cleaned daily you need to pay for it.
