I really liked the fact it was very close to the Swiss border and to Geneva. It was very practical and having the kitchen allowed you to have lunch and dinner at "home". |

nice location. kitchen is not equipped fully. there is no cleaning liquid, scrub and cloth for the the kitchen and the cooking vessel. we asked the sattf to provide it, they said hotel don't provide that. |

The Park and Suites is around 10km far away from Geneva city center. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. The check-in is possible at any time (very late in the evening) since there is a check-in machine at the entrance of the hotel. The noise during the night (that is, we could not leave the window open during the night since the room was close to the street and the street was quite busy and noisy during the night). |

The price was reasonable for the room. This hotel had rooms that could accomadate my family of 4. Hotel reception is only available from 7am-11am and 5pm-9pm, Monday through Friday. This is quite strange. It is difficult to get touring/transportation information since there is hardly ever anyone available to ask. I'm glad the outside check-in kiosk worked since we arrived in on a Saturday. I had requested reserved parking with the reservation, but got no confirmation back and had to park on the street. Luckily we always found a place to park. |

1. Lack of Tourist information in the rooms. 2. No yellow pages. 3. Needed a receptionist who understands English and can actually answer questions. 4. Beds not made properly. The Blankets/cover were made properly to show as if the inner linen had also been attended. However this was not the case. 5. A small local guide kept in the rooms to the shops etc would be appreciated. |

The stuff is very very friendly and helped us a lot. It's has great value for money. When we wish to check out at 9:30am from the hotel there is still no body there. We have no idea what we should do. Finally we must leave the room card in the post box in front of the front door. We feel very uncertain about this. |

I liked the concept of small kitchen in the room, nicely equipped, including dish washer even. I think for that price, it is really value for money. I had issues to get into the hotel - after 9pm you can only check in on the computer by paing with a credit card. Then the door did not want to open with a pin code provided. There is no airco in the rooms, so we had to leave windows opened and it was very noisy from the street even during night. |

Quite good hotel to stay. The positive side is that some rooms have a kitchen inside and you don't have to spend money for breakfast or supper, just prepare what you want. We had stayed in a 7th floor in a room with a nice terrace wide and long suitable for small party. I suggest this hotel. Room cleanning could be a bit better. |

it only has checkin at first part of the morning and end of the afternoon. We arrived at 12 and we have to wait 5 hs to have the checkin. This is a terrible problem for someone who has children. |

We have to stay additional day because this hotel screwed our vocation plan, no customer service to check in and we have been waited until 9:00 pm from 2:30 pm. There is automatic check in machine but it was broke. So no not use this hotel, your time and money counts especially you vacation plan! |

В отеле все автоматизировано - можно зарегистрироваться, воспользоваться стиральной машиной самостоятельно. Это хорошо для тех, кто не говорит на иностранных языках. В номере есть небольшая кухня - незаменимо для тех, кто путешествует с маленьким ребенком. В нашем номере был не очень приятный запах из труб. И мы не смогли разобраться, как же воспользоваться их паркингом. |
