The Burger at Dinner was delightful, the best I have ever tasted, like pure quality steak slightly minced - quite incredible.

No coffee making facility in room and missleading information from reception staff in the morning regarding the shuttle bus, it was sorted after I reminded the staff that the shuttle does run more than Twice a day. They wanted me to get a Taxi.

Close to Geneva, with good connections with the city

The fridge in the room did not work during all my stay of 5 days

The hairdryer in the room was dismounted and I even could not get one at the reception. Due to strikes of air personnel I had to leave one day earlier (unplanned of course) but I had to pay the night. This is definitely not customer-oriented.

Shuttle service between hotel and airport.

Very minor point but there was no telephone in the room to be able to call reception or book the airport shuttle.

Poor wifi, no clear instructions about getting there by means of public transport.

The Hotel located very close to the fr/ch border, so easy to access to Geneve, quiet and peaceful environment. There is a very good public transport option to travel into the city. Rooms are a bit small but good enough to spend a few calm and nice days there for a good price. I recommend it!

There is only one unpleasantness thing regarding the Hotel shuttle. It works only on business days, so on weekend you have to take the public transport (~5 Euro/pers) or taxi (~50 Euro) to the airport.

It was not clear on your website that the Shuttle is NOT running on weekends I was had a flight in the morning and had to take a cab endup paying more than other alternatives

I was pleased with the staff, and the room wsa clean and had a nice size.

That the shuttle to the airport not drive in weekends, that not nice bceause i use this hotel because i had a tranist next day so the shuttle is a important deal for me.

It was very close to Geneva Airport however the taxi cost 30EUR for a 5mins journey which was ridiculously expensive.

The restaurant at the hotel was closed and there wasn't many places around the hotel to eat.

More or less ok price and quality.

We booked studio room, but hotel representative provided for us standard room and said nothing about this. No possibilities to eat in the restaurants during weekends.

You get what you pay for at this place. Hotel seemed abandoned, lights didn't go on when the elevator doors open on each floor, one much feel the walls to find the switch. Doors between rooms were unlocked. Overall, an eerie feeling.

really pleased with room facilities & breakfast.

Unfortunate we were below a group who were playing games into the night. Really needed our sleep as travelling back to Boulogne next day. Just luck of the draw

The heating in the room was obviously not working but I got a fan heater from the people at the reception. Very pragmatic solution :-)

Did not get room that I reserved.We were put in a Smaller room and hair dryer was missing. It was cut off the wall and only cord was on wall. Changed rooms and second room was dirty. Unknown objects found on sheets. Moved to third room and it was ok but still disappointing. By the third room change, we were tired and just needed to get some sleep. Staff did not seem to care that we were inconvenienced. They did not even offer free coffee or tea for breakfast. When we asked about coffee in the morning, we were told you have to BUY the breakfast buffet. Very disappointed.

Service at the front desk was excellent. They provided assistance with the heating in the room which was not working and was fixed the following day. Quick and effective.

The room was not cleaned properly by the cleaning staff. It was clean when i arrived but not cleaned well afterwards, particularly the bathroom and the floor.

Good location with easy access to Geneva, airport and supermarket. Room was generally very clean.

A kitchenette was confirmed to us however it had one pan, which had not been washed properly, and very few dishes or utensils.No dish washing liquid was provided and the cups and glasses are not washed or replaced by staff. The fixed hairdryer in the bathroom was broken. We reported it however nothing was done about this in the 3 days we were there. The bed was very hard.

If you're visiting Geneva, pay the extra for their hotels and avoid massive taxi costs.

Fair price and close to Geneva.

Carpets in public areas need replacing. Rooms just beginning I show their age.
