Only one thing, that the metro-RER station was near. It was 1 minute away, just 100 meters. The fact that they gave us the room at 14:35, then they gave us a wrong room that wasn't done (it was used until an hour before as it seemed from the leftover breakfast). The bathroom was tiny! It was about 1-1.5 square meter and if you sat down on the toilet you could barely close the door of the bathroom and i am only 1.76m tall! I've been in many bathrooms but it was my first time seeing this. The bathroom didn't seem to have working airducts for the typical air circulation needed after the use. And another thing, outside of the hotel there are 2-3 homeless guys living on the grounds of the hotel next to the main entrance. |

The hotel is close to metro and RER -station. The staff was nice and the room was ok. The shower of the room had some mold in it and it smelled a bit bad... |

Quiet area. This hotel advertised itself as elegant. It is not anything like elegant. The 3 person superior suite was simply a double bed with a couch in the corner. The room was in poor condition and there was nothing superior about it. Bathroom unclean. |

Excellent staff who were friendly and helpful. Rooms were a good size and included a small kitchen which didn't take up any room. Very handy for the metro and rer. Would recommend for a family. |

I like that the room had a kitchen. I also very happy to find the room so clean. I did not like have to wait at the front desk for 5 min everytime I wanted too get my key to my room. It would be nice if there was a bell to let someone know that you're waiting. |

We were 2 adults / 3 children and the hotel room was spacious and served our purpose very well. The kitchenette was ideal with kids and the location was excellent...50 yards from the metro!! All in all the stay was very comfortable and relaxing. Hot water packed in on the morning of check out...would have been an issue if it was sooner.!!! Oh and the drains in the bathroom were a bit smelly.\ |

Location is great, only 30 meters from metro station Bibliotheque Francois Mitterand(which is 4 metro stops from Notre Dame).Seems a safe area. Superior Suite Studio for 3 people is worth for the price(kitchenette, fridge, etc). Friendly staff.Room was clean(except the corners of the shower) Do not try downstairs parking-unless you drive a FIAT 500!! Almost impossible to get downstairs and get out-(the inside wall is full with huge scratches from the previous cars-and this costs 16 EUR/night!) -The black mold at the corner of the shower is not that welcoming at all...No fresh bread provided for breakfast(only the conserved bread which you can get in the supermarket and heat up in the oven-tasteless) |

Would definitely stay there again. Loved it! Close to the RER and Metro, National Library, and MK2. Our junior suite was a duplex, and was totally charming and comfortable. We have a small child, so it was a perfect layout for us - our daughter slept downstairs on the day bed, we slept upstairs. The entire suite was very comfortable, the beds surprisingly roomy for a hotel in Europe. Kitchenette was nice to have, even if we didn't use it as much as we would have liked. We also had two balconies, with nice views of the library and beyond. Hotel is a little off the beaten track in the 13th, but only ten minutes to the Notre Dame/St Michel stop of the Metro (two stops on the RER). Neighborhood is extremely quiet and convenient, close to Chinatown and lots of great ethnic eateries. Small complaint: there were no chairs beyond a small upholstered stool for the desk. So impossible to sit out on the balcony, or sit around a table to eat. Also, you'll need to purchase your own dish washing detergent and sponge to wash dishes in the kitchenette. Luckily, there are stores conveniently located across the street on the rue Tolbiac. |

Comfortable accommodation for couples. Good traffic connection from the hotel for visiting all interisting places in Paris and its surroundings.. The bathroom is too dark. Suite is acceptable only for 2 people, not for family with children (we are family with 1 older child). Even I have sent my question about the possibility to have accommodation with separate living room and separate bedroom directly with my booking, I received no answer. |

Value for money and a convienient location right next to a metro/RER stop, comfortable furnishings. The staff were polite and accomodating. We had 4 adults plus an infant in a family room and there was plenty of space. The bathroom is very small and the shower curtain and alcove were quite moldy. The street can be quite noisy. |

very convenient for all the sights in Paris and Versailles, only 300 metres to Metro and train station and 600 metres to one of the stops on the sightseeing bus " L'Open Tours" Although we had a lovely balcony to our room there were no furniture at all and it wasn't possible to get any either! |

Good place to stay if one doesn't want to over pay for the hotel. The room was ok, as it had the interiour view I couldn't hear the noise from the street and the hotel stuff was rather helpful thou did not speak English, so it was a good French practice! The location is quite far from the center - 6 metro stops, so if you plan to stay in the center take that in mind - you are gonna need a taxi or metro to come home. Thou the room was pretty clean when we arrived - there were no shower lotion and even when we asked- the stuff lady did not refill it, the dishes in the cichen were broken so we couldn't use most of them as well. |

Very nice helpful staff, onsite parking. Rooms include kitchenette and look modern. Bathrooms are C+, it looks like a "modern" design gone astray from 10 years ago. Dark, crowded, odd shower design and broken secondary shower head. |
