지하철 인접위치(M14,RER-C Biliotetheque에서 100m)라 교통이 편함. 인근에 Monoprix 슈퍼(대형)있음.

객실내에서 스마트폰 Wifi 거의 불통. (지적시 개선 않됨) 갤탭은 객실 현관문 근처에서 Wifi 사용가능(전파약함) 화장실 무척협소. 좌변기 사용시 화장실 문을 개방 해야함. 욕조없고, 사워실 누수심함. 간단한 취사 가능하나 식탁및 의자 없음. (4인가족 이용시 불편)

The staff was very friendly. Housekeeping was excellent

The Internet connection was always down in the floor where our suite was located. The space was a bit tight for the four of us

Close to public transport, quiet, clean, nice staff, lots of bulangeri, restaurants, even a small convenience store to do small shopping. Vivre le France

The elevator Was fix in the 4th day, nice clean location, needed some updates in bathroom and kitchenet but didnt stay their for cooking :)

It was very close to a metro station. The bakery across the road had a very nice man working there. The hotel had laundromat facilities.

The hotel was very, very heavily perfumed, I had a headache for most of my stay because of this. A sign they have states that all staff can speak English, but not all could. The staff were very reluctant to assist us and we were made to feel like we were annoying the staff members with out requests or questions. One staff member seemed particularly annoyed when we asked if she could call a taxi because her and her boyfriend were looking at cars on the internet.

- dirty: hair in bathroom, dirt on bed - personnel equipment for cleaning spread around the whole etage during night. - small parking - small room - loud air condition even it switched off - expensive breakfast

The price was a little bit high.

The staff were helpful. The breakfast was good value for money and offered a wide choice. The main beds were very comfortable! Appreciated the facilities for making tea and coffee in the room. The area around the building is quiet at night but it has good access to transport, shops and the cinema.

The bathroom was very small and the sink was not properly attached to its base so it moved all the time. The shower spilled over the side and was not properly sealed. The room was not really big enough for four people and that was not made clear at the time of booking. The wiring is dangerous above the main bed and sizzled occasionally..this should be dealt with immediately before someone has an accident!!

The staff were such an amazing help, they spoke brilliant English and helped us everyday with the metro, where places were, different nightlife areas and how to get to them. They were an amazing help and without them we would have been lost in Paris. The rooms were lovely, spacious and very clean. I would definitely stay here again when i next visit Paris

Rooms are really bad, look nothing like they do in the pictures

The Location and the distance from the hotel to the train station. I also liked the different shops and stores that were available in the area.

(1) The bathroom was very small, we did not have any room to change our clothes. (2) The sink leak real bad. I put in a trouble request to the front desk, but they never fixed the problem, so i had to deal with it for 4 days. UNSAT (3) The shower has no lighting and it is only for people that are under 6 feet tall. (4) I asked for face towels, and the attendant gave me big body towels, and said they do not have any face towels, so we had to use both ends of our towel. UNSAT (5) I was awakened during the middle of the night by personnel calling my room phone at 0400 AM and then knocking on my door several times and running away. UNSAT (6) The price for breakfast is too expensive for what they have to offer for food. 14 Euro for a danish and uncooked ham isn't a typical 14 euro breakfast. UNSAT (7) The internet connectivity in the room only works if you stand by the door. UNSAT You advertise one thing but get another. your pictures need to be updated to reflect the current condition of the rooms. This hotel is in the hood.

The staff was friendly and the location is convenient for travelling around Paris

Room was a quite large for Europe. Very clean and was quiet at night. Very close to the Metro.

The only negative was the location. Although it was close to the Metro, it was on the opposite side of town of all the "sites" and there weren't many restaurants close by.

Great Location.

We liked having the kitchenette facility so we could prepare food if wished and have the use of a fridge. The staff were unobtrusive but helpful if we asked questions, and found us more crockery and cutlery straight away when requested. Although our room faced the street and there was some traffic noise, this was not intrusive and there was no noise from people outside at nights. Towels were changed daily and cleaning of the room took place daily. It is a quieter area of Paris to stay in, but not too far out and easy to get to using the Metro or RER, and the area appears safe enough. There is a supermarket nearby and several cafes and restaurants to eat in, reasonably priced. Beds were comfortable, the bathroom was adequate size and on the whole we were well pleased with the hotel.

A table and chairs to eat at would have helped, and a few more items of crockery and cutlery. We were provided with only one waste bin (small bathroom pedal bin) - two bins or a larger one would have been better.

Poor WIFI coverage in our wing of hotel.

That we were able to get a room for 4 people with cooking facilities and refrigerator. It was not too far away from the centre.

We booked a room that is supposed to be for 4 people, but it turned out to have three regular beds and a fold-out bed, which collapsed so we had to repair it. The kitchen had plates, cups, knives and forks for at best 2 people, one glass only. When we book a room for 4 people, we expect it to be equipped for 4 people. The hotel is placed in a neigborhood which did not seem too safe.

Basic, clean apartment, ideal for a short break. Had room on first floor, compact but not too small for our family, 2x adult chldn age 8 & 13. Close to metro station to get into city centre. Helpful staff, made bookings for shows for us. These apartments are not luxurious but then the price does reflect that but they are ideal and leave the opportunity of being able to spend the holiday budget actually on meals out and sight seeing. Used their airport shuttle on return journey, as taxis from airport will try to rip tourists off even though the meter is on.95e from airport to hotel compared to 72e with their shuttle for 4 pple. Asking for a transfer on landing is something we didn't ask about and regrettably used a taxi. Would def use these apartments again on next visit.

First room we were given had leak in bathroom which we were moved into another room straight away, but we were able to see the difference between the room we stayed in and the rooms at front of hotel, the front rooms looking out onto main road were nosier and the bathrooms smaller. Had to ask for basic supplies -water,milk, washing up liquid, scourer, even though the website said they provide a welcome basket, they class tea bags and a kettle as the"Welcome basket". but staff were helpful once asked. Room safe was broken and staff couldn't fix it, therefore had no safe for valuables.

Air condition was not working and the heat outside was about 30°c so the room was like hell, we were on 2nd floor and had to have the windows open so it was not much of sleeping because of much traffic noise. Also I did order apartment with one bedroom but instead (some technical problems they told us) we got 1 room for all 4 of us, bit to crowded it was, well they offered us a breakfast to make up for it but charged us the same as for the apartment.

The room was claustrophobically tiny, we were not able to pass by each other comfortably in the "living" below, bedroomsuite upstairs accomodates bed only; The bathroom/shower had only a tricle of water, we were not able to use it properly;

Location is good, very close to the metro and bus stations. Kitchenet is useful.

Heating device in the bathroom is not working. No bathtub, only shower, but the water is so small, can hardly get warm. Tiny room for 3 adults plus a child. The babycot is too short for the 21 month old.
