Wonderful balcony overlooking the sea, bright and colourful decoration, friendly English speaking staff. Ideal position for the beach, restaurants etc. Would have liked tea and coffee making facilities |

It provides like other hotels of price 70-80EUR around it. But this one costs 120EUR. Also, ridiculous things has happened there. The first two days there were no hot water, and one day there was a planned fire alarm test at 11:30PM. They didn't informed the clients in advance, and when it happened, an employee rushed into my room without even knocking, then she just rudely sent me out of the room |

Convenience to beach, restaurants, shopping and market. Day Manager extremely helpful. Night desk staff did their best. Cleaning excellent. Lift cramped, room very small for 2 and lack of foyer or area for guests to relax in. Parking and breakfast costs not good value. Internet/PC not working properly. |

Nahe am Strand und freundliche Leute machen Ihre Arbeit. Die Parksituation ist sehr schlecht trotz Tiefgarage, dann man hat keinen Parkplatz zum Einchecken! Das Hotel ist auch sehr schlecht zu finden! |

L'hotel donne directement sur la plage dans une partie animée et agréable d'Arcachon. Les fenêtres doubles protègent adéquatement du bruit extérieur. L'ascenseur est très lent. Le petit déjeuner à 15 euros est cher mais copieux et très bon. |
