Hotel Park Inn Mâcon-Bourgogne, situated in a peaceful green park on the banks of the River Saône, is located in the heart of Burgundy on the Mâconnais and Beaujolais wine route.

The room wasn't ready when we arrived at 1600 H. The bed for our child did not stay up, we had to change rooms... Air conditioning did not work. Hotel was a relic of the 60'S. Manager was very good and professional, but could not satisfy us. Swimming pool was nothing like the brochure. Bathrooms facilities equivalent to 1 to 2 star hotel. The breakfast was expensive €14.00 by the time we came down at 9am all the hot food was gone and there was no attempt to replace any of it. Lukas Mature couple Liezele, Belgium April 22, 2012	Uitstekende ligging vlakbij de Saône (fijne nieuwe kennismaking na vijftien jaar, al is het hotel intussen wel van keten veranderd), handig parkeren, behulpzaam personeel (onmiddellijk verwarmingstoestel bijgeplaatst), en vers fruit bij het ontbijt is een surplus (overigens is het uitzicht vanuit de ontbijtruimte erg prettig). Redelijk kleine kamer, geen kamerverwarming (en geen hersteldienst in het weekend), minimale personeelsbezetting in het weekend, restaurant gesloten (wat vervelend is als ook in de stad vrijwel alles dicht is). Weinig lektuurmogelijkheden. Voor Booking.com: het zou fijn zijn als u de wensen of voorkeuren van de gebruikers (bv. een rokerskamer) ook duidelijk zou doorspelen; het zou het personeel heel wat extra schuifwerk besparen. Doris Family with older children Oberentfelden, Switzerland April 10, 2012	Die Lage, direkt am Fluss gelegen, ist ideal. Man kann das Zentrum von Mâcon mit einem kleinen Marsch zu Fuss erreichen. Die Zimmer auf der Flussseite sind ruhig. Das Auto kann auf dem Hotel eigenen Parking abgestellt werden - gratis. Ein ausgezeichnetes Fischrestaurant am Fluss ist ebenfalls zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind praktisch und wohnlich eingerichtet, gute Betten, gut funktionierende Dusche. Ein Detail: Wir waren im 2011 zur Hauptsaison bereits in diesem Hotel abgestiegen und damals standen im Eingangsbereich am Morgen Tee und Kaffee zur Verfügung. Wir schätzen dies, weil wir morgens nicht frühstücken. Diesmal, ausserhalb der Saison, wurde dieser Service nicht geboten. Wir haben im Frühstückszimmer Kaffee erhalten, jedoch gegen Verrechnung. Vu de l'exterieur ce n'était pas très engagent mais nous avons été tout de suite rassurés en franchissant l'entrée. Personnel agréable, un peu cher pour la prestation mais une bonne nuit de sommeil, un bon petit dej, c'est tout ce qu'on attendait. Le seul point négatif est que mon mari a été réveillé à 7H du matin par une personne qui marchait avec des talons à l'étage supérieur, apparemment membre du personnel.
