Shuttle drivers very helpful They led the way to airport to drop off my rental car waited for me and drove me back to hotel No bell hops at 5am so security guard handled our luggage and drove us to airport |

Really good breakfast included in price. Good size room. Located next to airport and while it isn't too far to centre, taxi will cost approx 25euro in. Would have liked the shuttle service to go to centre ville. |

staff were really friendly and couldnt do enough for us. made a mistake on our bill when checking out they had a charge on there for a dinner which we had paid cash for but one call to the manager and they deducted it so was easily sorted by receptionist so cant say enough about the staff they were lovely and made a trip! |

The hotel staff were very helpful, and there was a free bus service to certain things. The only reason the hotel had a four star rating was because it had a tiny swimming pool... The restaurant was terrible and the bar was overpriced... There was no fridge in the room and the room was very noisy as the hotel was between a motorway and train tracks... The location to the airport was convenient, but it was so far from Nice town center that it wasn't practical (35 Euro in a taxi!) |

very friendlyand helpfull staff, and convenience for airport If you need to iron any clothes, bring an extension lead with you as the hotel irons do not have sufficient chord length, making it impossible to iron anything unless it is done kneeling on the floor. |

It was comfortable, good rooms, although very impersonal, but what can you expect from a hotel. The standard was not 4 star definitely... And the service was terrible, especially at breakfast - non-existent service and rude waiters... Uh - and the hotel is practically at the airport... Good neighbours - the planes ... |

swimming pool and the breakfast The staff speak english little bit and you can't understand with them; the program of swimming pool is not respect .The hotel staff is not respond about the car in the parking of the hotel who is inside and they aren't respond if it is rubbery in the hotel. In the first day function only one elevator and in the second day the booth elevators are broken. |

When we arrived there was only one person dealing with check-ins, guest problems and answering the phone - so it took some time to get to our room, which we couldn't get into because the key didn't work. Once we finally got into the room the cot we had ordered wasn't there so we had to wait for that to be brought up too. |
