The proximity to the airport, clean sheets, the front desk staff was very kind and attentive. The peeling ceiling, one "bath gel" for all bathroom soaps, the TV that did not turn on without effort, no food available for late night arrival (we had to walk to the hotel next door). |

It was very comfortable. We stayed overnight before an early flight. I emailed ahead of time for directions from the airport. We found the hotel with no trouble - but it took a while to find the airport hotel shuttle stop - the top floor of terminal 2 at Charles deGaulle has two sides. Look for the signs to "Navette Hotel" buses. |

The room was large and quite nice, very good value. The bathroom was nice as well. there were problems with the shuttle to the airport, but this was due to a strike of shuttle drivers. The hotel did offer to pay for a taxi to the airport. |

1st day no shuttle to the airport and no alternative offered .2nd day yes. Internet connection overpriced and many drops. Room, good size but the walls fairly stained. Not good value for money. I would not recommend. |

The restaurant service was atentive and rapid, the food was good and light. The shuttle service from terminal 2A was poor ranging on abomanble: I had waited for the suttle over 1 hour and 45 minutes, and called the hotel seven times to ascertain that indeed the service existed. The outside temperature was about 7 deg C when I began my wait and fell to 4 deg C when the shuttle finally arrived. |

Location. Good shuttle service to the airport. Silent. The breakfast is very expensive for what is offered. |

The location was quite convenient, and the shuttle to get to the hotel was prompt and easy. Although the it was plain and simple, the room was clean and comfortable and quiet. Screens in the windows would have been a good idea. The lack of screens in the windows made it impossible to open the windows for fresh air during the night without letting in mosquitos. The shortage of electrical outlets in the room was an inconvenience. |

1. The politeness / courtesy / readiness to help of the staff. 2. The clean, spacoius and well equipped rooms. 1. The relative inexperiece of some of the receptionists (It was Sunday, you know...). 2. The relative malfunction of the shower facilities |

No surprises, and everything was in good order and well maintained. Received different information from different staff about the cost and schedule of the shuttle to the airport. Need more consistency. |

Cute and clean rooms, good restaurant, very comfortable and has good soundproof windows. It's very good when you have a flight that departs at early morning or night. Free shuttle bus goes every 15 mins. |

It was a very calm, clean and nice hotel. We have only stayed over night, to get a flight the next morning, so it was very convinient, as it was very close to the airport. We took a shuttle, which costed only 5 euro for both us. The stuff was friendly and the food in the restaurant was ok. So, we enjoyed our stay completely. I believe there are many russian people staying in this hotel (i mean people from post-soviet countries), it would not be so bad to have a russian channel, that's it. |

I enjoyed my stay. Perfect for transit. Room is clean and well maintained. Buffet break fast is too costly (16 euros) other hotels in the same range are providing at 8 euros! |

It was very quiet. The windows block out the noise of the planes. The courtyard area was very relaxing. The servers in the restaurant/bar area were very cordial. The reception desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. I loved the little town of Roissy! |
