TV and the media service are old not uptodate. The non smoking room was smelling, as it would be a smokingn room. The whole hotel gave the impression, that it is over its "golden age". A renovation would be necessary to be compatible to the other hotels

Far from anywhere, no shops, unreliable shuttle, a/c didn't work, nothing on TV, internet connection slow...

Location is very good. Shuttle busses are free, and deliver you right to cdg airport for metro into Paris. Next bus arrival is displayed in hotel reception, and leaves frequently from entrance.

On arrival, hotel said they did not have our booking. Luckily they had a room with sofa bed for triple occupancy.

Nice, clean, neat and tidy! Breakfast buffet normal and okay.

Conveniently located near the airport with shuttle service that brings you to the train station in a bit. Very tourist-friendly.

Twin room was large and comfortable

Restaurant was in bar and not suitable for children. Restaurant staff in the evening and morning barley acknowledged us. We decided on room service as the restaurant was not good. The food was all wrong and poor quality. Fire alarm went off in the night at 11.30 (We had 4 and a 6 year old with us) and were told in the morning at least it was not 3 in the morning! Breakfast was not ready, no hot water in. no bowls and staff seemed not to care.

the rest of the staff at front desk was really friendly and helpful with assisting with directions and trains n buses to catch to move around and get to shopping areas,(catch the free shuttle to the airport abt 15 minutes drive which takes u to terminal 2 then go downstairs and catch the train to centre paris abt 20 minutes) and the guys at the bar n restaurant are really cool :) the rooms are alright, bathrooms clean, room service everyday which i found was real nice my overall stay at the hotel was great will definately go back.

the first day at check in the lady wanted to charged me double i booked at 567 euros for 9 nights she wanted me to pay 1034 euros, after debatting abt 20 minutes with her she bring it down to 621, up to now she havent giving me a valid reason for this, i wished i could recall her name but her collegues who worked other days was real nice and looked into the matter for me and it was all arranged

The Complimentary Shuttle Bus and free online services for visitor to do Airline check-in and printing of the Bording Pass.

1. Lack of creams/Oil/Lotion in the rooms, toothbrush/paste, cumb and other kits 2. No much varieties in the breakfast. 3. Restricted TV and Satellite Channels.

Reception staff were friendly and efficient the night we arrived, especially the young woman. The courtyard is very nice, but your not going to sleep there!

We arrived at 23.00 and were told by the friendly receptionist that we could order a meal at the bar, it would be the same menu as the now closed restaurant. The bar was to remain open until after midnight sometime. At the bar the barman did not appear happy that we wanted to order food and offered us only croque monsieur. We therefore went to the Novotel next door and had a great meal with really very friendly & helpful staff. We will probably stay there the next time - all because of the barman. The web photos make the hotel look really superb. In real life its not that great. Our room carpet was stained, there were only two pillows, it was all very basic.

Location was convenient to Charles de Gaulle Airport. Price was reasonable. Restaurant was adequate.

Air conditioning system was totally inadequate. I would only recommend this hotel with cautionary words in warm weather.

This hotel is located close to the airport CDG. It has it's own shuttle from and to the airport which is free of charge. We stayed at the hotel for one night before our depature to Moscow. We had a good dinner in the hotel restraunt for a fair price. In the morning breakfast was good also. All guests have access to the Internet (Wi Fi) in their rooms also free of charge. The staff in the hotel is very polite.

there are many hotels in Roissey_Villlage. I selected the Park Inn as it offered free internet access and looked good value for money. however the wifi was only available for rooms on the ground floor and the LAN internet my the room was broken. The room was dirty and I certainly would not recommend this hotel to anyone nor book it again. I expected much more from Park Inn & Radisson. it lets the brands down.

Close to the airport. Booked me in early. Free shuttle to airport.

Room was adequate & clean.

The Internet didn't work at all the entire stay. We were able to go to sister hotel across street to use Internet which was good but inconvenient. Desk staff were very distracted when checking in & out with phone calls & others coming up asking questions. Bus to & from airport was good but hard to find station to meet at for service.
