Bediening zeer correct, zeer gastvrije ontvangst. We kwamen met een groep van 46 man voor 1 nacht, van inchecken tot uitchecken verliep alles op rolletjes.

It was very quiet. The windows block out the noise of the planes. The courtyard area was very relaxing. The servers in the restaurant/bar area were very cordial. The reception desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. I loved the little town of Roissy!

It was close to the airport, and still the rooms were nice and quiet. People at the reception were helpful and friendly. OK hotel for a business trip of several days.

Staff all attempted to be accommdating and help with all requests for assistance.

Very clean and nice hotel, even with Scandinavian standards. Beautiful inner yeard gave almost a feeling of Dubai. Ham and cheese salad was huge and very tasty, same goes with pasta. Electric kettle in the rooms give possibility to have a cup of tea in the evening.

We ordered a taxi to pick us up to the airport in the morning (i.e. did not use the shuttle service because of our very early flight) - the price was 30 euros! The day before we paid 13 euros for a taxi trip from the airport. A little surprise, I would say. The shuttle would have cost 5 euros per room, so maybe that would have been better option anyway.

The room was comfortable and the hotel was reasonably close to the airport. Most things were convenient enough. The bed was fairly comfortable.

This is a basic, minimalist hotel. It is a step above an American Motel 6. The decor is blah, restaurant and bar are blah. But it does suffice.

Access to the airport.

Poor service in the bar. The site told me that there was a bus service tot he airport. What it did not say was there was a charge of €5

The ease of getting there from the airport on the shuttle bus which came frequently. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Our meal in the restaurant was very good. We are glad we chose this hotel.
