Η μέγιστη χωρητικότητα για επιπλέον κρεβάτια/βρεφικές κούνιες σε ένα δωμάτιο είναι 1 .
Κάθε επιπλέον κρεβάτι πρέπει να ζητηθεί και να γίνει επιβεβαίωση από το ξενοδοχείο.

Its closeness to key sight seeing locations and the metro made this a good place to stay. Air conditioning was not available as the hotels had switched over to heating only. Double room as booked was not originally available at check in. Eventually, a disabled access double room was offered on ground floor, but meant we couldn't open any windows! |

Very good location We arrived late in the night and were given an inapropriate room (number 1, located directly at the entry hall, with a very poor bathrom). We could only change the room the next day. |

Professional, friendly staff who were more than happy to help with any issues and who spoke perfect English - much like the rest of the Parisians we came across during our weekend away. Their fantastic hospitality made me slightly embarassed about the treatment they would have got in the UK...especially if you do not speak English.... |

good location, rooms are clean and modern, the bed is very good. 5 days prior my visit my credit card was pre-authorized for amount equal to 1 night cost. no info about it was give while booking. when check out the personnel couldnt complete this pre-authorization and charged my card for another amount keeping pre-authorization money blocked. the money will be unblocked in 30 days, that's no problem, but i dont like that i wasnt informed about it. |

The rooms were clean and modern. The area was very handy for the city centre and metro system. The stay could have been improved if there was tea / coffee facilities in the room also the breakfast price seemed a little expensive.. |

The shower was not easy to manage, i.e. to switch from tap and start a shower. You should think putting some leaflet in the bathroom. I saw in advance some people also having problem. Maybe it's easy to do but not always simple for travellers... :) |

The bed room comfort and equipment. Also the decoration and the location.The doorman (handling lugagge) was very nice and helpful. The staff behaviour and service is more than poor. At check-in, the bedroom we were given had not been cleaned, so we have had a change of room. At check out, the hostess was neither professional, nice or polite. |

It has a good location. It is also very close to a metro station (ie. St Augustine) which was important. The room is also clean & comfortable. 1) We had a bad episode with one of the staff who was unhelpful & rude when we requested for a change of room. 2) The card to the room didn't work twice. We had to go to the hotel lobby to get help. 3) We came back to the hotel room one night & realised that our hotel room door was left opened. Luckily we didn't lose anything. 4) Although internet is free in this hotel, we couldn't get it to work on our laptop. |

comfortabel beds, good location shower too complicated to figure out. Staff very unfriendly, the phone was more important while checking out, she stayed in an endless conversation on the phone while having my creditcard and receipt to sign. when finally finished, the phone rang again and started all over and just had to wait for when she felt like giving me my things back. |

1)Very good location,close by the main attractions and several restaurants as well as the major shopping streets , no the least the Hotel very close to metro station. 2 1)I reserved a deluxe room, the one I got was with two balcony on a white internal wall! So I 'm wondering what was just a regular room 2) The staff was very nice and did the best to help, however I had the impression that the number of people was undersized.3) At the bar I asked for a coke and a soda, no soda available, so we got two cokes. |
