Nice hôtel, easy to find. Free parking available. 10 minutes drive by car to la Place de la comédie, which is great. Very helpfull and nice staff. Thanks Selena! Good value for money.
Room a bit small. Pricey breakfast.
easy access to town
Comfortable and convenient appartment
Long corridor to access to the room
Looked brand new, essentially a hotel room with a kitchen which was just what we were wanting. The bedding and towels weren't changed, but for the room rate and the facilities I don't think that was unreasonable. Ideal if you have transport and looking for a base to explore from and to be able to cook the odd meal and have your own breakfast in the room.
It was a bit far out, but if your fit like us and the weather is good it doesn't take that long to walk to the tram stop. It looked like a bus route was close by too. We were there for 4 nights but you have to make do with the initial tea/coffee. It wasn't a problem for us since we had these items with us anyway.
Was relatively modern. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Good selection of tv channels if you can speak French.
Very poor wifi connection, even with only one device as allowed. Nothing in the area open at a time you actually might want something open. No tea/coffee/sugar/milk on arrival as per website, had to go get some from reception. Again, wasn't replenished on the second day. The little things!
The hotel is located in a quiet area. Kitchenette was perfect, as there are no restaurants nearby. When we arrived there was a very noisy fan in the room, and we've immediately got a new room.
You can not set the language on the TV, very annoying. Only BBC in english.
The apartments are close (by car) to the Odysseum where the Tram and Park is located. The free parking
The noise of the boiler/heating installation. It kept me awake the first night. I had to buy earplugs to get some sleep. Wifi is pretty bad too. You need to login over and over again.
Facilities were good, and the room was clean and good quality. The staff were extremely helpful and had a great attitude. The value for money was excellent, and the public transport services in the area were very good. Exceptional bathroom facilities.
The location of the hotel is extremely remote (I did check beforehand, but maps don't do much to describe how far out the building is - this was rectified with good public transport). The breakfasts provided were very lacklustre. The building is very close to a busy road, so light sleepers may struggle, I was fine however. The kitchen facilities were good, but there is no washing up space or material provided - bring your own washing up liquid etc.
There is actually so much positive to say that you rather read what I did not like (which is difficult since I liked the place a lot and the positive comments the hotel gets are well deserved). I recommend this hotel definitely. Since it is an apart hotel, you can ask restaurants to deliver food directly to your room. The hotel recommends 'Domino'
Since I have to write 200 characters minimum and I do not want to invent something, let me fill it with some text first .... bla, bla, bla ... ok, parking was 2 euros instead of 9 euros advertised :) ( no joke, really cheaper). For breakfast the coffee was empty and I had to wait 3 minutes ... come on, lets be honest. Money for value 100%. If I were to complain about the location that it was not the city centre, but only the business area, then the price would be different as well
Facilities are new.
Location outside Montpelier, you need a car to go anywhere.
Staff is really nice. The room is quite clean and new, the building is very nice too and there are lots of options downstairs for eating and other things.
It's a bit far of the centre city
The location in a business/industry area.
Cleanliness of room Nicely decorated Very satisfying breakfast
Bed sheets were a little rough & made for a poor sleep
Reception staff were extremely helpful
The location was a bit out of the way and there were no local shops available
kitchen, cleanliness and location close to highway
the room was noisy at night and in the morning, and the breakfast was good but small and simple
wifi signal was way too weak
Friendly and helpful staff. Good facilities in the room and the complex.
Too far away from the centre without a car. Public transport to the area finishes around 7.30, limiting your activities in town. A car is a must if you are staying here.
Kitchenette Plenty of space Breakfest
Newly equiped room. Big bathroom. Free parking.
Windows noise isolation not perfect. Slow internet. Good for staying only with car
Very accommodating, friendly staff. A wide range of kitchen facilities. Airy rooms with a homely feel.
Not sure the bed sheets were changed at each room service nor was the tea, milk or sugar replaced.
No sugar in the room, we ask for it in reception we don't have any more need to way until tomorrow, and tomorrow nothing happens so no coffee or tea for us and the toilet donor flush never come back and when we check out they don't even say sorry I guess is normal for then bab manager
The road to Le Seyne
No where to eat near the place - a beautiful Italian Restaurant under the place which opens when it feels like . Sent us on a 2 km walk up the road to some French Restaurant which didn't open until 8.30pm. Got some Veges from a stall on the way back and cooked it up in the kitchen in the unit which had no washing facilities - ie dishcloth, liquid etc - had to wash up in soap and wipe the kitchen down with toilet paper. Got two lousy coffee bags to have a cup in the morning and were told that's it only get a complementary lot so begrudgingly gave us two more. No toiletries - would be the first place I have ever stayed in in my life that doesn't supply a bit of soap etc. Lousy lousy.
Very convenient free parking.
No room cleaning and they didn't change the towels. Breakfast was very little for a big price.
