molto fuori dalla città, se non avete la macchina non è ben collegato, ci hanno chiesto 5 euro per il "kit pulizia piatti", nonostante fosse un appartamento con angolo cottura.

Camera confortevole e moderna, Ottima posizione, personale preparato e molto gentile

Colazione non all'altezza del prezzo pagato.

Buona struttura, molto pulita, posizione periferica e camera un poco piccola e senza tavolino, per mangiare bisogna arrangiarsi sullo scrittoio

Room was a reasonable size there was a choice of parking and it was a short walk to the bus stop. There was a resturant in the same building so it was easy to get some dinner.

Great room, excellent kitchenette and great value.

Breakfast was poor, under staffed and a very small room for the size of hotel. Room was very busy and there were very long delays. We only used this facility once as we had a kitchenette.

some aerias of the hotel were not done since it was brand new but not disterbing i recomend it

Although located a distance from public transport, we found our stay to be excellent. Staff were helpful, rooms of a most comfortable size and amenities fine. It would be useful to have access to a lounge/dining area, bit the positives far outweighed our 'wonderings'. Will certainly recommend it to others if we know they are travelling that way.

Location to public transport not easy and range of places to dine would further improve hotel bonuses

Size of the apartment week end value for money excellent

The 30 min walk to get there from the tram. The 30 min walk to the nearest convenience store. The fact that the only thing open nearby in the evening is a Pizza restaurant.

That you don't give public transport info on your website. That there is no vending machine selling basic foodstuff. That there are NO facilities nearby. That reception won't let you check in a little early. That it looks like a self-storage place. But instead of storing boxes you are storing people. The internet was slower than dial up for most of the stay. The flooring was not comfortable. Reception staff didn't seem very flexible. I'd come a long way and just wanted to check in an hour early. They kept me waiting till 15 mins after check-in.

Modern hotel outside Montpellier. The day staff was friendly and helpful.

Arrived after 8pm. Air condioning didn't work. WINDOWS DO NOT OPEN! Night staff was useless....only said the settings are correct and there is no one to fix anything until tomorrow. The next morning the internet was out. I had to tell the staff it wasn't working. Upon return from the day out, both a/c and internet was fixed. I suggest you make sure your a/c is working before you unpack or you will have a miserably stuffy and warm night as the WINDOWS DO NOT OPEN!!!

Among the hotels we stayed in france, this was one of the best. The room was very comfortable and clean. Recommed it.

Brand new modern hotel, good-sized nice room and bathroom, well-equipped kitchenette

A bit far from Montpellier city centre so I only suggest to stay here if you have a car, otherwise I cannot mention anything wrong.

One of the two elevators didn't work and was the nearest to our room.

Good gym and sauna (no cost). The one (1) restaurant nearby was good.

When entering there were som faults; problems with emptying hand basin in toilet, missing lightbulb in important lamp, safe closed and unusable, almost no toilet paper, All was fixed in a reasonable timeframe after informing the reception, except the lightbulb which seemed to be a big problem to solve so we solved it ourselves.
