Decent size rooms, and a great location, can use a refurbishment though.

Sauna was not hot enough and the steam room was out of order, not great if you are called the 'spa' hotel

Charming Hotel, very friendly staff, good service, excellent location as we had non skiers with us but they also had a grand time staying at this hotel. The pool and jacuzzi is something else. The glacier view while relaxing in the jacuzzi is great. Proximity to the bus stop for transport to ski areas is a plus. The shopping and dining area behind the hotel is also very nice. The hotel restaurant is also very good and especially the staff are super nice and friendly.

The construction right in front of the hotel is unfortunate but not too noisy just diminished from the view of some of our rooms. IN our two bed room the bath did not have any curtain or glass to separate it so it was getting all the bathroom wet while taking a shower. Also just could not understand why the bidet was in a different room from the WC.

Location, SPA, Staff were perfect

I liked the cleanliness of the room, the chalet style room and the friendlyness of the staff.

The shower wouldn't hang in room 211 and I fell through the white plastic slats in the outside jacuzzi which could have ended in a serious accident. The railing in the pool also fell off. The steps to teh pool were very dangerous.

2 nd year there and as ever a lovely stay. Staff helpful in accommodating a large group of girls !

Great food, very helpful staff and service ... nothing was a problem. Perfect location in centre of town, yet also nice and quiet.

The spa and swimming pool were a great addition to the hotel since we last stayed there - enjoyed using it. The staff are very polite and friendly and the food in the restaurant was very good.

Kindness of the staff to improve!

We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. The staff, rooms, food & spa were excellent and everything was of a high standard. We stayed over Christmas and up to New Year, which was probably one of the busiest periods but nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We had a number of requests re rooms and an unexpected guest and the staff sorted everything out for us with a smile and efficiency. The food was fantastic, and overall the atmosphere in the hotel was warm and welcoming. To top it all the view from the hot tub and rooftop spa must be one of the best in the world, a 180 deg view of Mont Blanc! We will return for the hot tub view!

The staff -- friendly.

Very disappointed in our room -- quite small for the money and room was on front of hotel which was noisy -- only way to cool room was to leave sliding glass door to balcony open. The hotel did not appear to be full so was surprised with the room we were assigned. The breakfast at 19 euros each was nothing special -- very expensive for what was served.

Really well located. Excellent and friendly staff. Lovely swimming pool, small but wonderful spa. WOuld definitely stay again.

Roof top Spa was excellent with stunning views of Mount Blanc. Room was very comfy and snugg. Brand new bathroom with 'rain shower'!

Hotel Car park is no cheaper than public car park next to hotel!

Very comfortable room with balcony & views over square. Excellent facilities. Really loved our stay. Came from another hotel no where near as good. Staff were very helpful.

Warm welcome with good sized room and splendid view of Mont Blanc. Situated in the centre of the town, close to shops, cable car and restaurants.

Difficult to find due to the road system. Quite expensive. Car park very very small and easy to damage car especially when costing €14 per day.

Rooftop spa Location

Staff very unhelpful. Did not help us to reserve a tennis court by calling the club. Instead, forced us to call using room phone and incur charges and with very limited French was obviously very unhelpful

Very friendly team in the restaurant, spa and reception. Comfortable hotel, with a good menu du jour for dinner which was excellent value. The rooftop spa was lovely with amazing views of the mountains!
