Good location, nice view from balcony. Hotel was good and clean, but meal was fare behind. Breakfast choice relatively poor. During dinner was very warm in restaurant and staff did not wont open window. Restaurant is not exactly good for families with small children. It look like high class, but in my opinion it is not. |

the location The food was really very bad. In fact we had booked for 4 days half board and we forced ourselves to eat 2 times. Everything from the starter to the main course to the desert was almost horrible low quality food. Once I tried to explain this to the reception and she was almost upset denying everything. |

Good location; comfortble room Dfficulty re dinner menu. Informed that residents could only chose from the set menu, whilst being prepared to pay a la carte. Resolved by Manageress, which was unnecessarily stressful for both me and her. |

La piscina con vista sul tetto dell'Hotel. Anche se con orari di apertura troppo ristretti La qualità della camera non corrispondente all'immagine su internet. E l'indicazione che il posto auto "pubblico" avrebbe dovuto essere compreso nel prezzo ...mentre non è cosi' , ma a pagamento sia quello "pubblico" che quello "privato" |

La piscine sur le toit en face du Mont-Blanc mérite une mention spéciale ! Trés original ! La chambre trop petite,2,5m/4m salle de bain comprise ! La salle de bain 1,5m/1,5m sans aucune ventilation ni évacuation pour les odeurs ! |

Trés bonne situation pour un point de vue sur les montagnes,en particulier sur la terrasse panoramique au 6ème étage. La promotion proposée n'est en fait que le prix standard de la chambre(chambre triple n° 304). |

Odalar temiz tutuluyor. Yemekleri lezzetli. Ancak otel personeli, derek resepsiyon gerek restoranda çalışanlar, hizmet vermrkte yavaş, bilgisiz. Otel yöneticisi otelde yok. Personele yetki verilmemiş. En küçük ek isteği karşılamakta yetileri yok. |

Idéal, centre ville, navettes, commodité.. Parking insuffisant, avons dû laisser notre place, prévoir la reservation très tôt, car parking trés demande.Pratique mais un peu cher! Petit déjeuner, prix abusif+++, car vaut un formule1!!!!! |

観光案内所の前にﾎﾃﾙがあるので分かりやすかったです。ﾎﾃﾙ従業員の方は明るく対応良かったです。部屋は奇麗に掃除してありトイレ・バス別です。バスルームにはバスタブがありハーブの香りのシャンプーもありました。 ﾎﾃﾙの廊下は、自分で廊下の（四角い白い）ライトボタンを押さないとライトが点灯しないようになっていたので不便でした。またチェック・インの時に説明が無いので、初めて泊まる人はびっくりするかもしれません。 |
