Odalar temiz tutuluyor. Yemekleri lezzetli. Ancak otel personeli, derek resepsiyon gerek restoranda çalışanlar, hizmet vermrkte yavaş, bilgisiz. Otel yöneticisi otelde yok. Personele yetki verilmemiş. En küçük ek isteği karşılamakta yetileri yok. |

Good location, nice view from balcony. Hotel was good and clean, but meal was fare behind. Breakfast choice relatively poor. During dinner was very warm in restaurant and staff did not wont open window. Restaurant is not exactly good for families with small children. It look like high class, but in my opinion it is not. |

the location The food was really very bad. In fact we had booked for 4 days half board and we forced ourselves to eat 2 times. Everything from the starter to the main course to the desert was almost horrible low quality food. Once I tried to explain this to the reception and she was almost upset denying everything. |

hotel bien situé a proximité du centre ville et facile d'accès et le parking l'hotel est bien insonorisé mais un peu trop chaud dès que l'on ouvre la fenêtre nous sommes gênés par les lumières et bruits de la rue, une clim serait la bienvenue |

Posizione centralissima, camere accoglienti, buono il servizio di ristorazione, sia per quanto riguarda la colazione che la cena. In estate, le camere sono un po' calde e, tenendo le finestre aperte, si può essere disturbati da schiamazzi fino a tarda notte. |

Die zentrale Lage mit Tiefgarage; trotz zentraler Lage ist es sehr ruhig. Die Dienstleistung an der Reception ist sehr gut und freundlich. Der Service im Restaurant (Halbpension) entspricht nicht meinem Verständnis von Dienstleistung! z.B. das Abräumen und Reinigen der Tische darf so nicht passieren..zumal dies noch vor den Augen der Gäste gemacht wird! |

De locatie We hebben voor en na het lopen van de Tour du Mont Blanc overnacht in dit hotel. Het personeel bij de receptie had alle twee keer moeite om de betaling rond te krijgen via mijn credit card c.q. pinpas. |
