Far from city - its definitely NOT 15 minutes walk to city center (like the staff say). By car it takes about 10-15 min.

I liked we had evertthing in the room you can ever imagine, ie hob, coffee maker, microwave etc all in a compact cupboard...very impressed. The bed was comfortable and we had a balcon breakfast in the morning

It took us 40 minutes to find location due to road works and the area is very new so not on satnav, but apart from that everything else was perfect

The hotel is located on a quiet street. The receptionists were always friendly and helpful. There is a shopping centre within walking distance. Within the shopping complex, there are restaurants, a super market where we bought groceries as we had a kitchenette in our studio apt) and stores. Our hotel room was clean and comfortable.

We only stayed for 3 nights and we had to buy dish detergent, sponge and dish cloth which should be provided by the hotel at no extra charge. The plates, cutlery, pots and pans were not clean. We had to wash them before using them. There was a pan that needed good scrubbing and we took it to the receptionist who replaced it. We also washed what we used from the kitchen before checking out.

Staff was attentive at reception. The parking garage is spacious. The kitchen apparel seemed quite complete although we did not use it.

There is a new tramway line developing around the hotel. Once it is operating it will be a great benefit. Until then it is a bit of a nightmare to get there. There are small card signs to help people coming from Tours. However we were driving from the south and had a hard time to get there late in the evening even with the help of a gps due to traffic modifications.

Self-contained so we could eat in if required. Wifi worked. Good bathroom

It was located in the middle of a construction site and was very difficult for the GPS to find. No air conditionning and impossible to cool room down at night. Only one real restaurant available in shopping centre.

Clean, nice breakfast, comfortable, friendly staff

Very smart apartment within the complex, situated in very quiet location, which was rather difficult to find until we spotted the temporary signs tied to lamp-posts! The kitchenette was very well equipped and we were able to produce a more than adequate meal without the need to go outside the hotel to eat. The parking outside (free) was more than secure enough, without the need to pay the extra charge for supervised parking underground.

The receptionist gave us directions to the 'nearest' supermarket - which turned out to be miles away when there was one much closer (which we found on the second day).

Unlike ordinary hotels where you have 1 room, we were able to put our 2 young children to bed without having to go to bed ourselves or sit in the dark! As they wouldn't go to sleep in the same bed, we ended up putting one child in each bed and sitting in the connecting hallway - not as comfortable as the lounge would have been, but fine using the dining chairs and accompanied by a bottle of wine!

The property is located in a new Commercial Zone adjacent to a shopping mall with good restaurants and a cinema complex. A new modern complex, Park & Suites is well signposted once you find the correct district of Tours. The Studio rooms are comfortably furnished with modern facilities. All floors are accessible by lift. Buffet Breakfast is available at extra cost a good location for visiting the Chateaux of the Loire Valley

The location in Le Deaux Lions district is not yet registered in some SatNavs. The buffet breakfast is rather expensive @ €13.50

Easy to find, convenient, and kitchen useful for feeding small children.

No air conditioning. Needed to close the shutters to get the children to sleep, but that made it very warm over-night.

We did not sleep the first night as there is no air conditioning at all. the breakfast is expensive, there is no cleaning in the room. May be once a week we did not understood. We do not recommand this place.

We stopped here for the night on the way back up from the South of France with our two small children. We make this trip every year and so we've tried various stopover locations over the years but this was definitely one of the best. The staff were extremeley nice, friendly and helpful (all fluent English speakers by the way if like me your French is not as good as you'd like), the room was absolutely fantastic! We had a modern, clean, comfortable two bedroom apartment, we could have comfortably stayed there for a week! And great value.I Think it cost us about £100 all in.

This is a completely new build area which looks fresh and modern but sadly doesn't feature on my sat nav yet. But we gave the hotel a call and they talked us in very competently. Also the room didn't have air conditioning which was a bit awkward as it was about 30 degrees that day, but it wouldn't put me off going back.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable, perfect for an overnight stay to the south west of France. Very handy also having a fridge and small kitchen.

Was quite difficult to find as the street name isn't recognised on the sat nav and it also wasn't sign posted very well at all but we eventually found it.

Due to road works there was no room to park and the management was not helpful. It was left to guests to solve the problem. On the website it stated that the centre of town was 20minutes walk away. Not true it was 30 minutes drive away. Location : we were given no idea where the hotel was and how to get there. No street maps of Tours were available at the hotel. Twin beds in one room were requested but were not alloted. Luckily the long suffering and cheerful night reception staff found us some

It was the worst hotel of our entire trip to France. The gps can not find the address because it is a new area of the city, the site advertises parking and parking could not because the hotel is still under construction, do not offer soap and, worst of all: a three stars that have no air conditioning in room in the middle of summer! When I complained the staff still laughed at my outrage! Never again!!

Hotel with very good design and with kitchen. It is not in the centre, but it is ideal for selecting it as base point to go to see the Castles of Loira. No problem for parking close to the hotel without payment.

The price in July is increased.

Perfect, clean and spacious appartment. We had two bedrooms and two bathrooms in a six person appartment with 4 people. They don't speak english.

The room was clean and practically new. Beds were comfortable and the facilities were excellent. The hotel is right next to a shopping mall with access to restaurants and even a Monoprix (grocery/department store). Although a little hard to find at first, onceyou get there you are very close to what Tours and the rest of the Loire Valley has to offer.

You defeinitively need a car to get there and to and from where you want to go, as there is no public transportation in the area. There is a light railway being bulit right in front, so in the future this might not be an issue. Also, since the area is under construction, there was no concrete sidewalk (just dirt) ritgh on the hotel entrance.
