I liked the fact that you had a fridge and tea and coffee facilites. It was also a short walk to the commercial part of town, which had a shopping mall and was close to the tram/bus station. I did not like the fact that the hotel bar and restaurant was closed all weekend, which to me, didn't make sense. Also when we arrived the lady was not expecting a couple- only one person. The address supplied also did not correctly go into the sat nav- as we were driving and when I called the receptionist gave me another bit to the address when I asked her to repeat it. |

From the window, we can see many TGV passing just below which was good for our children, but maybe noisy if you are only adults. Location is not very ggod. Around the hotel, no restaurant no shop. Close to the railway station? but not so much. |

Complimentary buffet breakfast and free internet A little too far to walk from the train station with 6 pieces of baggage. The taxis would not take us from the station as it was not far enough. |

The staff were very responsive, polite - but with personality - and quick to help The 'swimming pool' was a big disappointment. I had searched on line for hotels with swimming pools. They had a large jacuzzi. |

Good location has paid parking lot and wireless connection in the suit. The room is very small. There is no space for luggage and no closet either. The suit has a kitchenette but all the cabinets are looked, no glasses, coffee, tea, available. |

Big room, lots of space; modern, comfortable, no noise. The hotel staff at the reception during the day is not nice and not helpful. Most hotels try to accommodate guests arriving early when a room is available. I arrived at the place at 9 A.M. from North America, but felt totally unwelcomed and she has not tried to help at all with an early arrival announced ahead of time. "Come back at 3 P.M." was her only answer. Also my keycard was disactivated upon departure, a brutal way to remind guests to leave, that was brutally reinforced by this same hotel staff "your card is disactivated because of check out time". |

The parking is ok, there are two areas - one out in the open, and one under the hotel. Both appear to be safe. During peak times, I suggest that the parking is pre-booked as spaces are limited, especially when coupled with dreadful French parking (normally two spaces taken up by one tiny car). The staff are quite nice and try to be as helpful as possible. The food in the seldom-open restaurant is reasonable, but pricy for what it is. Where do I start? Avoid like the plague. This place is disasterous. The 4 stars awarded are simply false. I think Ry*nair might own this hotel (!) The photo's were taken 20 years ago when the hotel was new. Now it is a tatty pit. E.G. cheap laminate flooring in the bathrom decaying with damp.We stayed 2 nights, no pillows for our 2 children - recptionist told my wife that there were 'no more pillows' and to 'fill a pillowcase with towels'. 4 Star hotel? Hardly. Also, air con was broken, Hotel engineer sets it at 25, you can't adjust, dial is for show. Water supply is often cut (4 times) & hot water is gone by 8am. We changed rooms to try and find a hot shower, but no joy, so cold showers for us & kids. Don't waste your money on this place. |

Modern and very clean. Affordable. Broad choice of accommodation. Not that close to the train station as described. Best to take a taxi if you have luggage. |

I like the welcoming and the information from staff about where you can go to visit Lyon,it was very good impression and the colors of the hotel are beautiful. This is not complaint. but nothing that I don't like just one thing, when we had breakfast the waitress seems really over handled, I think better put more server (specially at weekend) when your room capacity is higher. Thank you. |

Leaving The hotel was a dump. There was no remote for the tv and it faced away from the bed anyway. The only way to get in the bed was to crawl from the foot because there was no room on either side. I would have said it at least was lean unroll I found the ants in the morning in the bathroom. It was the worst hotel in four weeks in Europe . Dump!!! |

There were dirty towels and sheets piled in the hallways overnight. The public areas were scuffed and dirty in corners. |

Free internet and kitchen. Our family room was close to the railway and was noisy during the night - very annoying! Double sofabed took too much of the living space. |

Comfortable room and amenities, quiet floor and good bed. :Your info locates the hotel at 200 meters from the train station, it is at 800 meters; quite a distance when pulling luggage with a lame leg to boot. There was no electricity in the room on arrival. No phone either. Had to go down to the indifferent desk person to get an additional card to insert in a slot close to the door in order to get both lights and telephone. The pillows are not worth a dime. |

Its nearness to the Part-Dieu train station. The kitchen facilities and the fairly spacious room. Staff were also friendly and helpful. Nice flat screen tv. Good value for money compared to what you get for the same price in Paris. Pillows were flat and shapeless and they did not have extra pillows when I asked for 2 more for 2 of us. TV should subscribe to some English channels ( or have an in-house movie channel ) besides BBC - I had never watched so much news over 2 days before! |

Good business apart-hotel, not close to the center, but it was not a problem for us. Rooms are modern and clean. Early check-out can be not very convenient. |

Very friendly and helpful staff. Well located in terms of transport. Secure parking. Good WiFi reception. We had a huge generator outside our window, that and a big wall was our view. Strange people roaming around in the dark restaurant at night...that space should be closed off in order to not be adjacent to lobby, or lit up. Mold in bathroom corners. |

Staff was exceptionally helpful with local things to do and places to eat. Axelle (not sure of evening employee's name) was most helpful and provided the best recommendations. Park gate was not tied properly to room key and jammed for 10 minutes. Shower lacked curtain and had water go everywhere. |

upon arrival , their was no one at desk, when person arrived indicated he could not help with bags, as he was alone.. please note i arrived at 12 in afternoon. Halls were smelly and room walls dirty and hairs on sheets and bathrooms. Dont be fooled, as I was by the offer on internet, their are many hotels in this area, we were 3 people and needed a room with 2 bedrooms. we paid 160 euros for room |

Underground parking, fairly reasonable walk to Metro station For the price breakfast should have been included or cost less per person, 12 euro pp and it was not that good. Room design was odd, had to open room door and then bath room door, slide all luggage into bathroom, close entry door, slide all luggage out of bath before taking it into the room. Bed was VERy uncomfortable. Toilet was in one room and tub and sink in another down the hall, not convenient |
