Good size bedroom.Spa facilities excellent. Breakfast room was dull, requires modernisation. Did not seem in keeping with rest of hotel. |

I enjoyed the sauna and swimming pool, good food, good location, excellent rooms that are extremely comfortable. A compliementary bottle of cider in the room is a nice suprise. The staff do not speak English, so you have to have a reasonable grasp of French (which we regrettably do not). |

The view over the Bassin du Commerce is very nice, shame aboiut the weather during our stay, but in summer this should be realy excellent. A nice starting point for walks in the city centre for shopping, to go out to have a meal and to enjoy the sea side. |

the room was lovely and had bottled water and complementary cider which was a nice touch. we ate in the resturant and the food was delicous and very reasonably priced. the hotel was very clean and staff were friendly and helpful. the pool was nice but a little on the small side and the jacuzzi was way to cold. |

The hotel was well positioned and easy to find. The room was of a good size, clean and comfortable. The facilities were good especially the spa, the casino was an added bonus and the restaurant was not bad either. |

Nice hotel, comfortable rooms, good European breakfast, compact but complete Spa-facilities, correct service, central location, free private parking. Small inconvenience: access to the private parking must always be asked at the reception desk. |

The spa is definitely an attraction.The rooms are well-designed. The staff made sure we were comfortable. There was too much noise from the streets in the middle of the night and so we could not relax and have a good night's sleep. I would have thought a hotel of this caliber (4 star) would have taken care of that. Also, a coffee machine with coffee and tea in the room would have been useful. |

private parking, good brasserie, clean hotel, nice design, beautiful and clean room, comfortable bathroom -it's good that there is a barrier to close the parking zone, but the opening of it takes a lot of time because you have to go and ask everytime at the reception - the croissants at the breakfast are always gone soon and are not being refilled |

The view was very good, the food at the brasserie was very good and the decoration at the room very modern. Good thing the free wireless access to internet and the staff very helpful. The only complain could be for the breakfast which was not that rich. |

In the heart of the city, close to all attractions. Modern and well maintained. Good spa facilities. It is above the casino complex. Expect very loud music till 2am (!!!) on Fridays! :((( |

The hotel staff couldn't do enough for us, it was relaxing and the room was perfect ( although we were quite a distance from the disco - thank god!) We had a super time the facilities are top notch. We had originally booked 1 night here as a treat but stayed for the whole 8 nights - it was so relaxing and comfortable - I cannot recommend this place highly enough! We will be back!!! The couple we witnessed having sex in the sauna but to be fair the staff did put a stop to that as soon as they could. This incident was in no way the hotels fault - the couple clearly thought they were in Ibiza, but not really what you want to see - get a room!! |

Location is great and very central in town. The rooms are brand new and the bathroom is very nice. It does seem strange that for a hotel of that standard (currently the best new hotel in Le Havre) that the rooms do not have a minibar / fridge nor a kettle. The double rooms still start at €165 which is not cheap. It is also a shame not to be able to reserve a parking space prior to the staying as there are not enough spaces for the number of rooms in the hotel. |
