The rooms were clean and quiet. They were only a short distance away from Gare de L'est. Ideal for a budget short break to Paris.

the ONLY thing that I like about the place is the location. it is right that the place at first was hard to find but it was realy close to the metro station Gare du l'est and the bus station as well. therefore to go all around paris wasn't a big deal. the rooms were very very small. the price of the room with size and this kind of far area form the center is really high. even though the staff were helpful I will never stay here any more. I cannot stand such a small room again.

Position and access to public transport was excellent. We stayed on first floor and for security reasons did not want to sleep with windows open. Would be lovely to have security screens on these windows so that they can be left open at night.

The only positive point to talk of is the location. Near both Gare du Est e Gare du Nord and easy to reach on foot Place de La Republique and metro stations are nearby. Extremely tiny room and kitchen facilities; Poor cleaning conditions when checked in; No daily cleaning service; It's absolutely feasible to find better places in Paris for the same or even lower price. I definitely got mistaken by the photos and descriptions, which do not match the reality. I was also on a hurry with no time to research other places and compare detataisl. I don't recomend this studio as a good deal in Paris. To be such, it needs to have its price dropped down at least in 20 %

It's proximity to the Gare du Nord and Gare del'Est, and many groceries nearby. Cleaning service can be more frequent or at least provide cleaning apparatus like brooms and brushes.

It was comfortable, quiet, convenient and efficient. All appliances worked and the beds and linen were very good The coffee in the vending machine was terrible The lighting in the rooms was dim (although the reading lights by the bed were great, they were only at one bed, not both) It would be very nice to have a few complimentary items in the kitchen: a few tea bags, coffee sachets?

I was very disappointed by these apartments because the bathroom was so mouldy that it made me feel ill every time I had to use it. Five minutes of decent scrubbing would have fixed the problem. Also one of the kitchen cupboard doors would not shut.

Good location, availability of kitchen facilities Size of room was somewhat of a disappointment, pictures showed a much larger room. Basically it was a regular size hotel room, with a kitchen built in and a very small bathroom. Still, ok tough.

Good enough for the price. Good location with excellent connections. Availability of supermarkets close to the hotel. Friendly stuff amazingly speak enough good English. The rooms in the ground floor have some inconvenience. The receptionist that has to wake me up forgot to do that so don,t relay to this option especially if you hurry for the airport.

The central location and the kitchenette in the room. The poor illumination of the room, which didn`t allow to read or write at the table in the room.

A very good location about 4 minuts from Gare de l'Est. From here you can reach every intertesting part of the city in few minutes. Towels should be changed every day or every 2 day, not like now every 4 days.

The location was excellent with easy Metro access to the city centre and major sights, as well as train links to other areas of France. The staff very friendly and willing to help for any service. Convenient and quiet location. I will stay here again. Difficult to find for first time. The room & toilet quite small.

Location. Very close to Gare de l'est. Rooms were cramped and absolutely tiny. The road leading to the hotel looked a little doubtful at night and the area seemed to be unsafe. I wouldn't stay there again.

Hotel rooms shown on booking.com are large, where as room was very small only 1 or 2 feet space around bed. Hotel guys painted door on day of check in, and didnt inform to us, and our brand new white winter jackets got stained with door color due to receptionist mistake. And its taking long to refund our money for jacket by this hotel management. Lift was not working, so you have to carry all the luggage up and down via stairs. Request booking.com to remove this hotel name from site.

The location was not too bad. 1. Poor service: no cleaning; no towel replacement ( only upon request) 2. poor facilities, especially on top floor: small rooms < 25 m2. 3.less space for luggage (other than in front of bed) 4. kitchen utensils were poor; 5. all kind of rules that you had to pay when things were not done(example: loss of key 50 euros penalty) this is absurd... absolutely no value for money 7 days for 805 euros

The room was an excellent, comfortable place for my family and me to stay. It was roomy and allowed us to feed the children in the roomwithout running out to restaurants throughout the day.

Close to train station. Nothing. The location was poor and extremely difficult to find upon first arriving. 3 local people (inc taxi driver) didnt even know. We booked a double room but the 'double' bed was 2 singles pushed together. The shower was the floor of the bathroom which completely soaked the bathroom when used. To top it off the kitchenette had ants crawling over and through it. We tried to complain and all we were offered was the baggage holding facility worth 5 euros for free. Disgusting??? In 2 senses!!!! The manager actually shrugged his shoulders whilst fobbing us off back to the reception desk attendant to deal and didnt speak any english, or at least made out he didnt?! Was offered no opportunity to complain officially to company either.

Was near gare du Nord. Small room. Had to pay 5 euro to hold our luggage. No breakfast onsite and the place they had a cheap deal with is closed on sunday. Not a great area, lots of homeless people sleeping in the street outside. Bed was very uncomfortable. Not great value for money.

“We used this hotel for our honeymoon. Location is perfect and people were so friendly. There are supermarkets around there so that we can easily buy local foods and enjoy in the room. On Sunday, there is local market around nearby subway station. There also we can enjoy local foods. This hotel is well equipped and you don't have to bring anything. We went out everyday and we felt as if we were going "home" at the end of the day. We definitely use this hotel again if we have opportunity to come to Paris. We strongly recommend this hotel.” Tomomi, Tokyo |
