nearby HALAL food shop selling kebab, nearby train station it is a bit scary, the route to the hotel is a bit quite, from the window at the back of hotel, you will noticed a group of people mostly men waiting, lining up to buy something or maybe there is a restaurant given free food. |

The staff was very nice but when asked to get the refrigerator cleaned, since it had a bad smell, the lady that actually executed the job was not so sympathetic and complained in a low voice in her own language all the time. She could use some training. The garbage area was actually inside the hotel and when I went there to dispose my garbage I saw a mouse. Not a nice experience. |

Location is nice to walk around paris.I think soundproof between the room is quite high quality. The view from my room is not nice at all. In front of this hotel is Parking building. It looks dirty. So I don't want to open the curtain. The light of the room is quite dark... There is no cuttingboard in my room. |

The hotel was close to both Gare du Nord & Gare d' eLest...provided you found the correct route. Abundant of food shops adjacent to the hotel. Getting to the hotel from Gare du Nord was absolutely difficult. The hotel should mention some landmarks to get to their place, as we walked more than 40 minutes and had to asked several people to find it's location. The receptionist on our checking-in was not friendly enough. We did not like the bathroom, lighting was not bright enough, tv was very small. |

The serviced apartment idea saved so much money... we didnt have to go out to dinner every night. Few very nice supermarkets in the area was nice. Proximity to Gare d'Est made commuting around town so easy. Good value for money. garbage bin was emptied after 3 days... but since I dont like hotel staff snooping around in my room I didnt really mind no one entered the room - would have liked it they told me at the start that they wont empty the garbage every day and I could have done it myself |

The location was ideal being about a 10 minute walk from the main station Gare de Nord. Also, it was right on the line for the L'open Tour Sighseeing Bus. There was plenty of shops, supermarket, bank and places to eat out. The self catering room was ideal for us 4 adults. It was clean, tidy and nicely decorated and furnished. Brilliant value for money and would definately stay again :-) |

The hotel is great, there was a homeless man at the window in the morning, after we talked about him with the receptionist, they didnt let him back next night. The apartman was very nice, clean and tidy.At the booking we requried a big, 2bedroom apartman, but get two small double apartmans. Not bad, but was strange, completely different than the booked ap. |

The rooms with kitchen facilities The staff were appalling - we had a very bad experience. A mistake with my colleagues check in ( made by hotel) led to to her being evicted from her room and all of her possessions being chucked into a cardboard box, which then led to her having to share my room the second night. We found the staff completely inept. |

The price relatively to Paris; the distance to Gare de l'Est; the facilities were recently renewed. There was no cleaning during 5 days/4 nights. |

Vary large for a Paris hotel room. Close to train station. Good place to stay if you do not plan to park your car. The parking garage was unsafe. Rubble on the floor, and too small for most cars to turn inside. |

St Martin Appartments is conveniently located, very close to the underground, to two big railway stations and a walking distance from many tourist attractions. It is clean, renovated, with comfortable beds. Not at all a luxury place, but good value for money, at least to my previous Paris experience. Located at the crossing of two boulevards, it is not the most quiet place, so those who can't sleep when it is noisy, must take these sounds of the big city into consderation. It is renovated, but some elements need a second look. Small bathroom, some other guests complained about, is interestingely solved by a door closing in two different ways - worth to check :-) |

Apartments are basic but location good and beds comfortable. Weather hot and no fan or cooling system in room meant that quite hot in room at night. Toilet bowl somewhat stained ?effect of Parisian water rather than lack of cleanliness (otherwise cleanliness pretty good). |

Location to public transportation and restaurants was a plus. The rooms were small but very clean. No signs posted with hotel name visible, I reserved a room for three people and the room only had one double bed. Bathroom smelled like old carpet. |

The comfort of the room-we had a four bed room with a lot of space and it was very sunny (the weather helped). The polite staff. The poorness of cleanliness. The four days of our stay there was no cleaning and we had to ask for toilet paper. It would be useful to have equipment in the room for the clients to clean by themselves. |

I stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment for 4 persons. Apartment was as described and as pictured. Exterior looked a lot better than other 2 star hotels located around Gare Du Nord. It is clean and wel-lit. We were travelling with a 1.5 year old and we were provided with a baby bed free of charge. Hair dryer is not provided in the apartment but can be borrowed from the reception free of charge. Warm water supply only lasts for 5 minutes. After that you shower with ICE COLD WATER. If you want another 5 minutes of warm water supply you got to wait another 5 minutes. So even though you have a bath tub in your room, you always have to take quick 5-minute-showers! 4 adults and 1 baby and 5 minute of warm water is just horrible! |

Very good feedback from staff. We needed a cradle and got one, it was broken but next day renewed. We needed extra toilet paper and there it was... Only the hot water ran out quickly like there was some kind of a boilor. With 2 adults and one baby plus dishes it was a tight schedule. |

Big room with kitchen even I don't use it Strong smell in the room, the heat is useless which result very cold. I book three nights but because of the smell I check out one night after in the early morning, they charge the cost of two nights which I don't understand. |

It was convenient from Gare de L'est, and fairly reasonably priced. It had free WIFI - Brilliant - keep that! It was a little noisy during the night. The entry from the passage way was very 'daunting.' |
