Location, friendly, lovely cosy hotel A+
The hotel was excellent. Christine at the front desk was wonderful. She helped us find our way on the metro!! Location was perfect, so close to the metro and in view of Eiffel Tower !! I have recommended it to my friends for this June!!
Wifi needed some help!! It was difficult to get on and quick to toss you off!! Hope this will get fixed soon!!
1. We got a room having a viewnof upper half of Eiffel Tower... Not sure whether all rooma will have that view or not. 2. Location advantage for sure. Very near to Passy metro station. Walking distance to Eiffel Tower and also for River cruise. 3. Located on a busy street which also happens to be good for shopping (if you manage to get time). 4. Rooms are spacious 5. Hosts are friendly and helpful in planning your travel around the city.
1. Bathtooms could have been spacious. 2. The cab which was arranged for us to take us to the airport by the hotel was a disaster.... He had overcharged by around Euros 15 and was not willing to leave the luggage without getting full payment. So that was the most disappointing part of the stay. 3. Breakfast is very expensive at the hotel.... Suggest you have it in one of the many shops around the hotel.
The Location is brilliant, within a few minutes walk of the Eiffel Tower and in a good, quiet neighbourhood with some good restaurants, cafes, shops and also near a metro station. The hotel is a 3* and it's excellent for this rating. The hotel was clean, comfortable, friendly and absolutely met our expectations. We had high hopes having seen it on a previous trip to Paris and it did not disappoint. We did not eat in the hotel, choosing to get out and explore instead of taking breakfast but the hotel was very comfortable, a good temperature with air con in your room, the beds were comfortable and the furnishing and decor is of a very good standard. The rates we paid for a Superior room were good and the room was well worth the money we paid. I'd not hesitate to return next time I am in Paris.
The only negative, and this really is minor, would be the wifi, it disconnects you each time you leave your room and you need to log back in but this would only be a problem for someone who is glued to their phone/tablet or laptop and certainly not a tourist.
Excellent location convienient to Paris sites, Paris tourist bus service and metro. Best value place we ahve stayed at in Paris. Friendly helpful staff, clean rooms. Definetly be where we stay next time we are in Paris.
More storage room for cases would be good, however for a room in Paris was a good size.
I liked my quiet room, friendly and helpful staff, location near the Metro and having no problem getting a cab in the street.
Everything is in order.
The room is too small.
The hotel was excellent for our needs, within easy walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and a five minute walk to Passy metro station. The staff were very friendly and helpful and our room was a good size (for Paris) and very clean. The bathroom was a decent size and very clean.
We paid for breakfast one morning but it wasnt really worth the money!
Everything was great. I felt comfortable and relaxed.
The breakfast was very limited for the price.
mattress was uncomfortable
Location - near Trocadero and Eiffel Tower, with reasonable bars and restaurants/cafes within easy reach. Nice people, good room.
Absence of any noise insulation - we were constantly disturbed by the people in the next room who came in at 3am, had showers and talked (probably not that loudly). We could hear everything! Could also hear people talking in corridor on different floors.
Great location , nice rooms
The basic internet access needs to be logged in and renewed daily One guy on the reception expected all visitors should speak french ( as they the visitor ).... guess he never been somewhere outside france
The hotel was within easy walking distance of the Eiffel Tower. There were several eateries near-by for a quick meal that we used often.
Upon our arrival, suffering from jet-lag and a 10-hour flight, we awoke to construction immediately outside our room at 8 A.M.. I realize work must be done on buildings but hotels are supposed to be devoted to rest and quiet for their patrons. Perhaps this could have been scheduled for another day or even later in the day. Also, the air-conditioning quit working. We notified the desk and was told it would be fixed. It wasn't. We won't be back.
During our trip to Europe we stayed at four different hotels and this one was by far my favorite, it was cozy, excellent location, super clean, very comfortable. Totally worth the money we paid.
I would have liked breakfast to be included in the price but no big deal.
The hotel was really good from first moment we arrived (around midday) checked in straight away. Bare in mind check in from 2pm. Great profesional staff and still friendly all speak very good English. We have only positives about this hotel. Cleanless was superb. Definitely would recommend to others. Excellent location. All amenities within 1 minute walk from hotel.
The hotel location, access to Metro, quiet neighbourhood, Staff very helpful
Nothing big to mention
Location and atmosphere
Location, Cleanses, Value of money

The fact our vacation ended
It was seay to use the tube network and was walking distance to the Trocadero where you can see the Eiffel Tower in its beauty in the night and day. Loved the location because it also had a little market for some local produce.
We wanted a double bed but got 2 singles that were put together. We thought it would be ok but as we were only there 2 nights we just put up with it. Not a big problem, but we are a young couple ;-).
The location was great, small distance in taxi from eurostar, a stones throw from eiffel tower, great area for shopping and eating. We got taxi to notre damm and walked back along the river, a long walk but a must so much to take in.
The location of the Passy Eiffel was great! It's very close to the Eiffel Tower. It's a small clean hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful!
We found the Passy Eiffel was a little pricey, but that's Paris! Parking was insane and costed 35€ a day at a nearby parking garage. The Wifi was terrible and slow! We also had no hot water! Although, the manager charged us half price for this inconvenience. Overall, this was an okay hotel.
This hotel was amazing! It was so close to the Eiffel tower and a metro station allowing easy travel across Paris. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The room was cleaned daily and we were given fresh towels. Also useful that we were able to leave our bags in a secured room after check out on our last day
Only small thing, had to enter details every time to access the wifi even though it said it lasted 24 hours
Is just two blocks to Eiffel tower. Its amazingly clean, well equiped, well maintained and confortable. Rooms are small but anyways yo don't go to Paris to stay at the room. Excellent choice if you go on low budget.
Wifi connection is slow and request authentication every time your device enters to the wifi area. Does not save your user and password.
I didnt expect the room or bathroom to be so nice. The shower was amazing!! Everything was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The continental breakfast was great and had very tasty croissants. The location in regards to the eiffle tower was great. It wasnt too far and the neighborhood was very safe.
The bathroom was very small and you had to insert the room key into a special holder by the door to turn on the electricity. It was difficult to do coming in from a night out. The older woman at the front desk was a little too forward for my taste though.
