hotel perfetto: stanze moderne, comode e pulite, vicinissimo alla metro, quartiere tranquillissimo con tutti i servizi (bar, supermercati, farmacie ecc) staff sempre gentile e disponibile merita veramente soggiornare qui

Il rapporto qualità prezzo è davvero ottimo,inoltre lo staff è molto disponibile.La stazione della metro è a 50 metri dall'hotel,una comodità assoluta in soli 10 minuti si arriva in pieno centro e se consideriamo che in molte stazioni esiste un raccordo con le altre linee,possimo dire che la posizione è ottima

La posizione vicinissima al metro. Se si trova la camera doppia a 60 euro ne vale la pena, al di sopra no!

La struttura è stata ristrutturata con un risultati non sempre all'altezza. Le camere sono davvero microscopiche.

- Very small room - Very small bathroom - Quite noisy, with trains passing by, and the hallway very much audible.

Nice and clean, courteous and friendly staff, had small family orientated hotel feeling, handy to metro which is approx. 10-15 minutes to centre, great breakfast, good local market and shops within minutes walk, peacefull, paid extra for good size room and bathroom.

No elevator (good exercise), bit far from centre.

Staff - Location - good Parking 30 m away - Room - Free WiFi (but see >>>>) - Neighbourhood ('village'ish, quiet & friendly - Metro & rer link (30 m) - didn't try Breakfast so cannot comment - For curry lovers, exellent very cheap little Goan Cafe around the corner, with lovely proprietaire (English speaking if you ned it)(plus Restos, Poste, Mini-markets, Pharmacie, Presse, Tabac, etc.,.)

WiFi 'iffy' in some rooms; I had to change twice for it (but they were brilliant in helping with that) SHOWER a DISASTER !!!!! - a 'rod', non-directional in any way, out of which water pours, but you cannot stand under it! - thus it must be hand held & consequently deluges the entire bathroom if you try to actually use it to 'wash all over'! It would be OK just for hair rinsing, only! If , therefore, you do wish to really wash, it is a bath or nothing - which in this day & age is patently RIDICULOUS! This alone would dissuade me from going there again, which is a shame because in all other respects it was just the job. I did make this point, exactly as above, on leaving & was assured my comments would be relayed to 'on high'! It should, however, be checked, in my opinion. If nothing is done in this respect, I would NOT recommend it to anyone!

The location was perfect, only 50 metres to metro, close to cafes, restaurants and supermarkets,rooms were basic but very clean.Staff very friendly and polite.Did ask for extra pillows which were on the bed when we returned to our room.

The hallways were very narrow and could be quiet noisey at nite,The shower had to be hand held which was a bit of a nightmare as you had to turn water off to wash otherwise it sprayed everywhere. breakfast was basic but if you left it late to go down everything was nearly gone and didnt seem to stock back up, we had to ask a few times.

Excellent value for money, calm neighbourhood with supermarkets, shops and restaurants, very close to the metro Plateau de Malakoff, about 50 metres. Comfy bed, lovely big windows. Very friendly and helpful staff. Just perfect for a short stay in Paris, as you can be on the Champs Elysees in just 10 minutes, as the metro station near the hotel runs on Ligne 13 :) Amazing experience, felt very comfortable and safe there.

The hotel is right off the malakoff metro stop on line 13 with major connections with only 20 minutes to river Seine. The cleanliness and appointments made it quite a good value. The staff was quite accommodating. Booking through your site was simple and further simplified check in and out at this hotel. I highky recommend for the budget conscious visiting central Paris and rive gauche.

The toilet seat was loose, broke off and was not fixed during my stay. Perhaps because it only a four day stay just in advance of Christmas there was no serviceman available to properly fix.

Location - metro, expo Portes Versailles

Cancelled last night stay 2 days before departure and was charged 100 % despite of that. Shame!!!

It's near metro station and quiet area. Staff is friendly.

I didn't like the breakfast... My room; bathroom was very small and faucet was bumpy.. and sound of water from heater (harsh a little bit..)

Hotel has been modernised and rooms are a decent size with LCD TV, modern bathrooms. We could see the Eiffel tower out the window easily, we were on the top floor facing that direction. So ask becasue it's fabulous to see the light show at night. The direct metro line into the centre of Paris takes no more than 10 minutes. Trains come every 3 minutes and it is no more than 1 minute walk from the hotel to the station. Amazing !!! It's 1.70 euro each way or buy a book of 10 called Carnet for 12.70 euros out the machine. There is a intermarche 5 mins walk away from hotel.

Parking was full but withing a minutes walk is public parking 6 euros a day, free on sundays too. There is no lift in the hotel, but it's no bother if you are average fitness. The male receptionist took a ladies luggage up for her as she could not manage, so it's fine.

Small and simple room, but seems newly renovated, clean and very comfortable bed, bathroom is fine too. Very close to Metro, nice, quiet neighbourhood.

Breakfast is ok, but not much left after 8:30 am. It does not worth 8 eur.

The guys at the reception were very friendly and helpful. They knew little, but enough english. The hotel was extremely clean, the carpets smelling fresh and daily cleaned. The location is very convenient - it is 100 m from a metro station and within zone 2. Overall good value for money. Considering the comments on the other Paris hotels, I would go there again.

The breakfast was a disappointment - not a good service from the ladies and very few things on the table (same every day). The shower holder in the bathroom was so places, that it was impossible to place the shower there and run the water.. you have to hold it in hand all the time, or stop the water.
